House rules

The house has an inverter for loadshedding, runs basics including Wi-Fi and smart TV but no heavy appliances such as hairdryers or microwaves. There is a gas stove top and rechargeable lights.
The final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1250 post-departure cleaning fee and R 3000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakage deposit is to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT.
R 250 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00.
A maximum of 6 people sharing 3 bedrooms. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
Additional 2 people can be accommodated on 2 single pull-out beds in the Twin Bedroom, at an extra R 500 per person per night. This is strictly upon prior request and pre-payment is required.
Children of all ages are welcome, however, this house isn’t equipped to be child-friendly. Please take care of small children at this property. There are no child safety barriers or gates on stairs, also no safety railings. You need to keep an eye on your small children for their safety. The owners and property management company will not be held liable in any way. Please bring your own camp cot with you, there is a high chair that can be set up upon prior request only at no additional charge.
This property is not wheelchair accessible.
Linen, bath and beach/swimming towels are provided, please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
Pets are allowed on the property upon prior request only, subject to owner confirmation. Max 2 pets only. Pet policy applies.
No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors. No loud music or noise after 22:00.
Noise policy: Kleinkrantz Beach House is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly request that loud music, parties or any excessive noise be avoided at all times, to preserve the serene and tranquil setting. No loud music or noise will be tolerated and the owners and property management company reserves their rights.
A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
Housekeeping service is not included - it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
R 250 electricity per day is included, any usage above that is for the guest account, prepaid electricity meter at the house.

Pet Policy applies:
No dogs are allowed on beds or furniture
A surcharge will be charged should we note dogs on beds/furniture to cover costs of cleaning, or if dogs messed in the house and we need to clean carpets etc. after departure
Please keep an eye on your dogs at all times. The house has an enclosed garden with fencing. You need to accept full responsibility for your dogs and not let them wander around unattended, to cause a nuisance for neighbours and their dogs
Please clean up after your dogs i.e poop outside
Please bring your own dog beds, blankets and feeding bowls.
