Although the place is very well located and clean, it is much more "minimal" than other self-catering units we have stayed at. Usually there is a "personal touch", but not here. Absolutely nothing is provided, it is now literally self-catering - where there is usually at least a little sugar or coffee, especially if you arrive late.

Gorgeous area. Calm, peaceful and clean and tidy. Our kids were very comfortable and that was most important to us. Our hosts were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit itself is very warm, especially in winter, we felt cozy.

I had trouble getting in touch with the owner to change the reservation. He didn't respond to my emails and website either. The breakware is of poor quality. The coffee mugs are awfully thick and too big. For the rate per day I would prefer higher quality crockery.

Lesley went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. The use of the garage for our bikes was so appreciated! Kleinmond itself is so friendly and homely. I don't believe I have ever seen so many dog lovers in one town. Only one thing could have improved the stay and that would be a fan/aircon in the bedroom. I slept in the lounge on the couch because of the ceiling fan there. Kleinmond gets hot!

We had a very nice stay. The place is very nice clean and tidy. All that bothered is that it was very noisy close to the main street.
We were allowed to check in earlier for which we are grateful, as 4pm is way too late. 3/4 of your day is gone. Location is perfect, close to Spar, the beach and lagoon.

Everything was pleasant, cleanliness, location, reception, wonderfully relaxed. Lesley very helpful and punctual. Good burglar alarm highly recommended on ground floor, couldn't sleep with open windows and it was cramped. To avoid possible unpleasant incidents with bad consequences, good burglar bars on the ground floor are strongly recommended. This will be an investment for future bookings in RSA.
If you want to break away from a busy life, Kleinmond is the right choice. Kleinmond Panorama's location is good. Everything is walking distance. Kleinmond is a beautiful area I definitely recommend it.

We've been at various accommodations in Kleinmond. This Kleinmond Panorama impressed my wife so much she requested that our family and a few friends join us. Walkin distance from everything and we really enjoyed it. Breathtaking nature.

Friendly service. Lesley is a peoples' person and made us feel at home immediately. I just think it could be really cold in winter so a Jet Master may be a welcome addtition to the apartment.
We stayed for 6 days and were able to do a different hike each day, including the Fernkloof in Hermanus which is only 35 km away. October is a great time to see the whales and all the beautiful flora in this area. Our stay was most enjoyable.
Periwinkle (unit 6) did not have an ocean view, but no crisis. Very neat and clean with secure parking. Would definitely recommend Panorama to tourists. One negative point: no towels for showering - I missed that.

The location was ideally close to the beach. Good value for money for a very large room. The shower has good pressure and hot enough. Room and bathroom switches located on weird places. One first has to walk through a dark room to reach the switches. They should just indicate that one needs to bring one's own towels. But really enjoyed the stay.
