Noelene is fantastic. Besides being pleasant, she is helpful and as beautiful as her accommodation. The unit looks exactly as advertised. It is clean, tidy, tasteful and smells delicious. Everything you could need is there. We appreciate the special provision she made when she heard a baby was part of the guests - she really went out of her way and it meant so much to us. We also appreciated all the items that were "customized" to match the stay (eg the water, soap, towel covers etc.). Peaceful quiet area. Close to amenities.
Noelene is an excellent hostess with a special flair for making everything as comfortable and convenient as possible for her guests. The photos of Stadsjapie are exactly how you get the cottage, but walking into it is much more. The finish, furniture, bedding, crockery, equipment and decor are testament to extremely good taste and flair - really very special, and the bed sleeps wonderfully! The porch and braai area is nice and spacious with the cleanest, cleanest grill, a table and chairs, and it overlooks a tree-rich garden. A further plus on our list is the secure, covered parking for our vehicle. Thank you Noelene and Johan, we had a great sleep in your beautiful Stadsjapie.

We were communicated with via WhatsApp prior to our arrival. Directions to the place were easy and accurate to follow. The unit is stocked with all items required and more to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The layout of the unit was very good and also included a loft room with 2 beds for those travelling with children plus the main bed downstairs. The decor and furnishings are very well chosen, which gives a luxury feel. The bathroom includes both a bath and a large shower. Definitely a place to revisit on any future trips via Bloemfontein.
I stayed in "Stadsjapie". It was perfect for me as a single traveler. The cleanliness and attention to detail was remarkable, and exceeded all expectations. It was a wonderful experience and Klipperant Kothuise will for sure be my first choice when I travel to Bloemfontein later this year.

Our host went out of her way to make our stay perfect and the small little touches made our stay absolutely perfect. The location is great in the sense that you feel you are outside of the city, yet all amenities are only minutes away. The cottage was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. A true gem and we will definitely be back.
Only stayed one night, everything was perfect. Even with stage 6 load shedding we had power. Been there with 11 and 13 year old boys, and it worked well for us.
