21 guests' feedbackI read about the place and saw people say that you have to park far from your chalet and that there is a lot of noise. I booked because all the other places were full. When we got there the parking was right next to our chalet and so is the parking of all the other chalets. As for the noise, all the noise there is is the geese and it doesn't bother me at all. They are very cute. The living area is clean and everything you need is there. Small, but nice pool and then a few small ponds where you can try your luck to catch.
We had a nice stay. Climbing frames are not for small children. Ponds with ducks and geese were very cute.
The open-plan chalets for 5 people are incredibly cramped. The adults' bed is located in the living room/kitchen with no privacy.
Arrived very late and was immediately helped and we immediately felt comfortable.

Played at the Golf Mpumalanga finals. Could call at any time if there was a problem. Was welcomed well. And everything was set out nicely. Will go back there any time again.
The wife and I stayed 1 night on the way to the Kruger Park and what a nice place. Friendly reception, clean and comfy with an awesome view right on the dam. We go to the Kruger every year, and Klitz Gras is our new overnight pit stop.
I booked 7 months back for a wedding. Full amount paid. 2 months back the bride passed away and I canceled immediately. The service is unfriendly and slow. In the end, only about half of my payment was refunded. This is daylight robbery. If there was another 10 - 20% cancellation fee, that's still acceptable, but 50% no. I would not recommend the people under any circumstances. They sat with the money for 7 months and then such a ridiculous cancellation fee along with disability.
Vehicle behind electronic gates is a big plus. Great place to eat nearby. Nice environment. One has to walk a little with your luggage, although it is not too far. The excess of decorations is probably just a matter of taste.
I will definitely make use of this accommodation again and so I will recommend them. This little place is beautiful, neat and very peaceful. Ideal place if you are in need of a quick getaway from town or just for a weekend or one night.
The location, although very beautiful and rural, is just too close to the road where heavy vehicles rumble into Lydenburg all night long from Dullstroom. Furthermore, Klitz Gras had no electricity from about 1:00 in the morning (It was only Klitz Gras, because the rest of Lydenburg, and even the shopping center right next door, did have power). This meant we couldn't even enjoy a cup of coffee before we left, so we were forced to stop at a local restaurant for breakfast and a cup of coffee. On a positive note - the units are neat and comfortable, and the premises have many interesting points.
Very nice stay here, will be happy to receive very good service again.
Very warm welcome. We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation and decor is incredible and the animals are a bonus. Many interesting things to read outside and on the trees, the attention to detail in the garden is incredible.
