Breakfast was amazing, the service excellent and the view spectacular. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for 2 nights and I was willing to cancel my next destination and prolong our stay if I could.
I would only suggest to let the staff who cleans the rooms to double check. We missed hand soap in the bathroom and the shower drain was completely clogged resulting in the water to overflow. Other than that - it was a comfortable stay.
Would like to book every two months - 2 single rooms.
The accommodation was good, facilities are very nice and the service of the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
We really enjoyed our overnight stay at the hotel. Staff were accommodating and the facilities were beautifully decorated in a modern yet cosy feel. Breakfast was absolutely divine!
Value for money paid, booked on winter promotion. Staff at reception friendly, welcoming and of assistance. No mat/rug in room, I suggest they look into putting in a mat, flooring is very cold and one ends up using a towel to stand on after showering. No variety at breakfast, only scrambled eggs for four days of our stay. Only apple juice flavour put out for breakfast buffet.
Would appreciate if the parking for check-in can be reserved in front of hotel and for customers who have checked in is free in basement. Nightly rates qualify for free parking. Friendly staff are great and make every guest feel welcome.
When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by two friendly gentlemen (one of which was named Jethro)! They gave me clear instructions on where to park and where to locate my room. The room was clean and well-prepared. Two single beds were pushed together to make a double bed (not my favourite thing) and outside my window was another block of apartments even though when booking the hotel it said "city view" describing the amazing Cape Town sky scrapers (none of that was visible from my room). Otherwise, the hotel was amazing!

Room is small and wifi didn't work.
We had a sleepover for my husband's 40th. It is centrally located, breakfast was included and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
Against Kloofstraat so be aware of street music that can be heard until after 12 if you are normally used to a quiet night's rest and environment, admittedly for younger people it can be positive.
Everything was really very nice with a wonderful view. Just a few things: The inside of our duvet was a blanket and it was quite uncomfortable as it kept shifting around. We did not have a remote control for the air conditioning nor the price list for the "mini bar". The coffee capsules did not fit in the machine in our room. It's small things, but should receive attention.

Unfortunately located next to Tiger's Milk makes for a long and noisy night's stay. Room quite small considering regular cost of room per night. Staff very friendly and helpful though.
The staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need, and all you have to do is relax. The food from the on-site Sanctuary Restaurant is always fresh and delicious.
The Friday night was very noisy outside (we were by the apartment blocks/restaurant side with no view) but the hotel manager sent us a complimentary bottle of wine to apologize. The hotel room was extremely clean which I love and the actual location and hotel food, pool look and feel was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel. I think the pictures of booking the rooms just need to be updated.
Enjoyed the stay. Great place and very central.
I was happy with my room and the hotel in general. I was just disappointed when the night staff at the restaurant told me that breakfast would be served from 07:00 instead of 06:30. I could not eat my breakfast at the hotel because it took about 20 minutes for it to arrive and then I had to take it in a to-go box to eat at my workshop. If I was given the correct information the evening before then I could have arrived earlier for breakfast and enjoyed it in peace and not rush. Other than that, everything else was very well done.
