We had a wonderful stay at the Klyne Jiweel guest house! The service was excellent and Wessie received us with so much warmth and kindness! Was surprised that the price was not B&B but only Bed & Breakfast. There are lots of steps - not wheelchair friendly even though it's on the ground floor! Room 3 is across from a smoking bed, so windows and doors cannot be kept open, and cell phone conversations and game sounds permeate the room. Disappointed that kyknet was not available on TV, and the TV sound in the rooms was also disturbing - sound density can be checked. Many minor repairs were reported during the stay. No traffic noise. Coffee - prefer plunger or bean to head option. Coffee determines my repeat business.

We were received very kindly, and the place is very safe with covered parking. The garden and pool very well maintained. The hostess very helpful. It's the second time we stay in this guest house. The first time was in 2019 when the new owners just took over. Since then they have improved the guest house so much and it is now really beautiful. The rooms are very neat and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.

Wessie was a very informative and gracious host. The room was clean and comfortable, with a strong WiFi signal. Breakfast was amazing - catered for all my needs. I spoiled myself with a Koeksister. The parking was secure and we felt safe. I will definately return when in Pretoria again.
