Knight's House is a luxurious architecturally designed self-catering house that allows for comfort, views and easy seaside living, situated in Voëlklip, only 120 km from Cape Town and a short drive from Hermanus. Knight's House is within walking distance from the Blue Flag Grotto Beach, with various restaurants in the area. The house is equipped with an inverter to lessen the impact of loadshedding.
The house can accommodate up to 12 guests and comprises 6 bedrooms, a kitchen, 3 dining areas, a games room and a TV lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and the en-suite bathroom has a shower. This bedroom opens onto the garden through glass sliding doors and has a fireplace. The other 4 bedrooms have 2 single beds and 2 of these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms fitted with showers, while the last 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The fifth bedroom also has access to the garden through glass sliding doors. The house also has a separate guest toilet.
The open-plan dining and kitchen area opens onto the pool deck and braai room. The kitchen is equipped with a SMEG oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge. The pool deck offers a solar heated pool, loungers and an outdoor dining table. The spacious lounge features a fireplace and opens onto a balcony overlooking the sea. The TV lounge features satellite TV.
The house is especially welcoming to children as it offers a jungle gym as well as a games room with table tennis and air soccer table as well as couches which makes it a great hang out spot for the younger ones!
The house now has back up power in the form of a comprehensive inverter system that supplies power to the plugs, lights, alarm system, gate, kitchen appliances, TV, decoder and Wi-Fi.
Secure parking is available on the premises. Activities in the area include wine-tasting and shark cage diving, or explore central Hermanus, Stanford or Route 44.

We enjoyed to stay for our weekend away with ladies. We will always recommend that house is very beautiful. People still don't believe that we only pay affordable money for that beautiful house.
