The apartment was very nicely furnished and had everything that was needed.

We were guests at a wedding at Riversong Farm. Accommodation and facilities are sufficient for 6 adults. Would like to see load shedding schedule and get code for the gate in advance. However, it was a nice two-night stay with a lovely fireplace and beautiful surroundings.
WiFi and cellphone reception were extremely bad. It would help to have a WiFi booster at Knopberg. The aircon was not working, but at least there was a roof fan. The blind at the single bed couldn't close, but it was not an issue.
Very nice place, friendly staff.
There is basic maintenance that is not done. Cabinet and doorknobs are loose. Toilet that fills incredibly slowly and no hot water, only lukewarm water.
They carried us on their hands!
We were wonderfully at home in the clean, tidy and comfortably equipped farmhouse. There were always lights that burned during load shedding. Will definitely stay there again.
The accommodation is very neat, beautiful and safe. Will definitely go again, and would definitely recommend the place.

The people of Knopberg are friendly, always available and willing to go 'above and beyond' to make sure we had everything to make our stay comfortable! Can definitely recommend Knopberg for a nice, peaceful and literally doing nothing stay!
The unit was beautifully equipped and it was lovely on the farm. The service was excellent and we really enjoyed the break. Will definitely do so again!
What a pleasant surprise. We stayed in the large farmhouse, it's wonderfully spacious and beautifully furnished, you get the idea that the owners use it themselves. If you get bored here it's only your own fault, everything you need is here. I would like to go again, this time for longer and in the summer, so we can take advantage of everything they have to offer. The only downside is not their fault - the last 14 kilometers are dirt road.
It is gorgeous! The drive to Knopberg is scenic with the last km's on dirt with rolling shallow mountains either side of you. We were a family of 13 (including 5 couples, a toddler and two children aged 9 and 11 years old). We were in the 6 and 8 sleeper and the layout was suitable for us, but the set up can accommodate couples or small families too. The kitchen is well kitted and meals in the open plan dining room/lounge/pool room or on the deck in the 8 sleeper is possible. We walked, jogged, swam, played pool, played boardgames etc. and visited Venterskoon (which has an information centre with geological history of the area) and Parys on Sunday after leaving Knopberg.
Couldn't have asked for more. Both houses were clean, tidy and very well furnished. It's our family's new jewel destination in the Dome. Will definitely go again!
Knopberg is central within the Vredefort dome and walking distance from Venterskroon. The farm and wildlife are beautifully maintained. It was also nice to see the sheep going to the field and coming back every day.

I would recommend the 6 bed cottage but not the double bed cottage.
We were booked into Lemon Blossom Farmhouse, it was not very clean, some of the sheets were dirty, some of the towels were full of holes, the oven and TV did not work and only 1 plate of the stove worked. The servant did not arrive on Saturday, the farm manager came to wash the dishes, but his language and complaints were not pleasant. After a complaint with the owner, she moved us to The Shepherds Tree Family Unit, which we really enjoyed, everything was nice and clean there and everything worked. Beautiful setting and very peaceful, we will go back to The Shepherds Tree Family Unit again, but definitely not to Lemon Blossom Farmhouse.
