It was one of the best experiences of accommodation we have ever had. Excellent service and a truly amazing experience from the moment we arrived until we left. Would give Knysna Hollow Country Estate 10 stars!
Amazing stay, love it.
Rooms are very cold and heater not effective. Rooms are not cleaned very well in the morning. Dirty and stained carpets were quite bothersome. Breakfast was delicious! Nice stay and service from staff very friendly and fast.
I would like to highly recommend Knysna Hollow Country Estate. The accommodation was beautiful and spotless, the service excellent and the breakfast delicious. It's very quiet and yet right at Knysna I won't stay anywhere else if I'm in Knysna again!
Excellent accommodation - spacious and clean. Shower size - a bonus! Would have been 5 stars for location if there was a water view. TV didn't work while we were there - although only needed for 8 year old. Could do with a flat screen upgrade? Also - perhaps option of parking closer to accommodation instead of portering all luggage (especially in the rain!).
No DStv in room and 2 single beds, shower without bath, is a bit tight for the price for me.
Will definitely recommend Knysna Hollow Country Estate to others.
The place is very neat and well organized and clean. The food at the restaurant was not always up to standard, although breakfast was very good.
The stay was comfortable, although the room was not quite what I expected as they did not look as fancy in real life, as on internet. The food was reasonably priced and the location was good. It would have been nice to have had a better selection of television channels for the evening. The pool was great!
