Very clean and central to everything. Very nice place, highly recommendable.
The stay was very nice and the service was great. The only concern is that the entrance from the street as well as the exit needs fixing, as a person can damage your car and that almost happened to us. Other than that, great host, great facility and close to all malls and shopping centres.

The place is very clean and tidy. The beds were of high quality and we slept well. There was a friendly reception for us and safe parking. What we really appreciated were the fans in each room and the good shower. Unlike some of our previous sleepovers, everything was in good working order. I can definitely recommend the place.

The stay suited what we needed - a place to sleep and freshen up. The location did not lend itself to a scenic surrounding, which is what we are used to at most of our stays, but it was adequate.

We had a great stay at Knysna Inn. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The unit was neat and clean and everything in working order. The room had everything we needed and the kitchen was well equipped. The noise from the main street and gas station next door was a bit of a bother at night, but we were aware of the location in advance and it's nice that Knysna Inn also provides earplugs. Although the high street is busy and noisy at times, it was also convenient that we were so close to a variety of shops and restaurants. We feel it was good value for money and enjoyed our time there.

The hosts were warm and welcoming, and I was amazed at all of the trees and birds singing in their little courtyard. It was so refreshing after stepping off the main road, quite remarkable actually. The room was very well appointed and very clean. Such a divine shower and comfortable bed, which was exactly what we needed after a long day. Shortly after we checked out, the host phoned us to let us know we'd left a laptop and glasses behind! The secure parking also really added to our peace of mind. Very well situated, with everything you need just about in walking distance. Being on the main road, there is the noise of traffic during the night, but this was to be expected and didn't actually bother me very much. The hosts have created natural noise-absorption with their garden, which I think helps a lot. All in all, an excellent stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Knysna Inn for 1 night. Friendly and helpful hosts on check in and check out. Clean and comfortable, and the noise wasn't a big issue as we had one of the back top rooms. But it was very cold, and the 1 wall heater not of much help. An electric blanket would have been wonderful, as not everyone can sleep under heavy blankets. Full equipped kitchen and spacious with a lovely patio swing chair. Walk in shower was perfect. Will recommend.

It was very nice and with children the room was spacious and allowed everyone to have enough space to relax. Will stay there again if we sleep over in Knysna.

Wilna stayed with me in the room because my back was very sore from the long drive without stopping. She immediately opened for him to park in the back and let me lie down. Likewise with our departure she was helpful again. It's a comfortable place to stay overnight, but if you're looking for a self-catering unit where you want to cook, I don't recommend Knysna Inn. You can just heat food or make something sandwiches. The braai pan is hopelessly too big for the small counter. You also need a drying rack for your dishes. Wilna is aware of the need, as well as better quality toilet paper. Thank you very much for your friendly service.

On arrival we were very warmly welcomed by the owner. The accommodation is conveniently located on the main road into Knysna and is surprisingly quiet as it is so close to the road. The rooms are neat, but may feel a bit small if you have children with you as well. So make sure you go out during the day so they are tired.
Good value for money, in the center of town. Walking distance to everywhere, secure for safety and management is lovely. It's in a bustling location. Not ideal if you want to be in a quiet area.

Well-located, comfortable overnight accommodation. I wouldn't stay here if I holidayed in Knysna, but as an overnight stop, it was great. It's close to the main road, so it is quite noisy, but I closed my eyes and fell asleep. The hosts were very friendly and the reception was great.
We had a wonderful stay. The only problem was that the power went out every night at 8 o'clock and they had no backup for it. This led to dark nights and early going to bed.

Unfortunately, the Knysna Inn is on the main street which is also the N2 and the trucks and traffic go right through the night and make it difficult for a light sleeper. The paint inside the room was very "tired" and did not cover damp damage on the walls and on the ceiling. It took away from the beautiful decor. It needs to be freshened up.

I experienced a very grotesque stay at your place. My entire body is aching due to your broken and unsleepable bed. Never again, I will not tell anyone to book your place. Your place is a disgrace and very unhealthy indeed as your dead bed is not even made, we had to do it ourselves. This does not deserve to be a B&B.

There was a double booking but we wanted to move the booking to a day earlier and the management did it without any extra charges. Can recommend Knysna Inn as they care about their guests and their guests interests and safety.
The unit is spotless and everything is in working order. The garden is excellently maintained. When one enters the premises, it feels like a natural garden.

The place is beautifully made but badly situated on the main road which makes it super noisy. However we had booked the budget room (which clearly indicated that it was looking onto the main road) so we knew it was cheap for a reason. The flat was comfortable and clean but the carpets smelled bad. The noise was super loud but the owner provides earplugs!. It was ok for a one-night sleepover on our way to Cape Town but could not spend any time in the room because of the noise and smell. The other rooms that were not looking onto the main road were probably a much more comfortable option. But for the price I paid, I can not complain.

We arrived with a small trailer and although there was some initial upset, management assisted amicably.
We arrived in our room which was lovely, but found no hand sanitizer anywhere. In the midst of this pandemic, that seems odd. There was not an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, even though the roll on the wall was about halfway used. I also found it quite peculiar that the only refreshment options were 1 coffee, 1 sugar and 1 creamer sachet per person. I like my coffee, and was a little bit annoyed that I had to save that one sachet. For people staying 2 days (1 night), I'd expect a bit more. Or maybe even a small bottle of milk in the fridge instead of the creamer sachets? I can't remember the brand of coffee, but it was quite "bland" tasting. Other than that - the unit was very cute, centrally located and quiet.
The hospitality and friendliness was exceptionally good. We were made to feel welcome and knew if we needed anything that the hosts were there for us. Just one comment would be that the fans could be a little stronger.

My stay at the Knysna Inn was very nice. The customer service is great. The sleeping place was comfortable and the atmosphere very peaceful. I was able to make an emergency appointment with the owner for a few extra nights because I had no other way to go.

A bit unprofessional with the long wait at the gate, payment that does not reflect at reception and parking area where the maintenance was going on. Parking is somewhat inconvenient, and WiFi reception is poor. Nevertheless, the unit was clean and tidy, and although a bit messy, the couple were very friendly and considerate.
It would have been helpful if we were aware of the tremendous noise that traffic and trucks make before. No good night's sleep! Also, we recommend that the kitchen of unit 7 get a curtain, the curb light shines right in there and the room is pretty bright, even less sleep! However, the unit was very clean. Maybe a cold night heater.
