This unit is absolutely amazing. The host thinks of everything. Just when you think you forgot something at home, then you find it there. We were so happy with our stay and will definitely be booking again in the future.
We only stayed 1 night but were very impressed with all the amenities that were in the apartment.

It's an 11/10 from us this year! We have been booking through LekkeSlaap for years and this is our first 11/10 award for the accommodation. All that is missing is air conditioning, but nevertheless we had bad weather and the climate was fortunately of such a nature that we could stay comfortably without the air conditioning the year, so it did not harm our stay at all the year, very grateful. We opened the sliding doors and windows and a lovely cool breeze wafted through the entire house from the top floor.
Yes thank you, I understand the price is the price but quite expensive if you have to check in at 15:30 and be out at 10:00, but understand the rules.

Were very impressed with the continued communication regarding dates, times etc. Will definitely use the website again. Accommodation was great. Maybe a little too close to the restaurant as the employees make quite a lot of noise late evening when cleaning/closing and early morning, but we only stayed for the one night so wasn't a problem. The unit itself was super. Everything we needed was catered for even for loadshedding and clean and very neat. Will definitely use Knysna Quays again in the future and recommend it to friends and family.
Great accommodation, everything you need and more, beautiful apartment with the most beautiful view from the veranda. Full DStv with an "inverter and a lithium battery" which easily ran through the 4 hours 'load shedding" for a large TV and WiFi. Will definitely visit the apartment again. When we signed up, the paperwork was completed quickly. We were then taken on a "tour" to show what was locked, what was open and how the television and everything worked. Up to a big carafe with sherry in it, just for me. The unit was so well equipped, there was absolutely nothing missing. A beautiful view of the canal with a braai, umbrella etc. on the porch. There was enough 2 ply toilet paper, with soap and shampoo, there were 3 types of coffee, in a machine, perculator or regular. There was milk in the fridge, water and even spices in the cupboards. The bed was heavenly and the seat also extremely comfortable. The TV is also the full service of DSTV, Netfix as well as Wi-Fi. The kitchen also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The parking is behind closed gates and very secure. All in all, this is the best combination of accommodation etc. that we have yet experienced. Many thanks to Lianne and her workers for really making us feel at home from the start!
The accomodation exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless and well cared for with beautiful views of the canal. The unit was serviced daily. It was safe, and centrally located with restaurants and shops within walking distance. All amenities were catered for. This is definitely our new favourite accomodation.

It was definitely worth it. Everything and much more than we expected. Beautiful view, many restaurants just a few steps away. Extra blankets and pillows. Very secure parking. Spices, coffee, milk and sugar in large measure. Next time we will definitely stay longer.

Very expensive. Mercifully, we could afford it, because the apartments around us were the maximum stay of guests only 3 to 4 nights. We would like to rent a 3 bedroom apartment in December.

There were so many extras in the apartment: port wine, milk, cold water, pot full of coffee and sugar, hand sanitizer, hand cream and shampoo. All in large containers. My husband also enjoyed the TV with all the channels. Thank you very much.
The apartment is beautifully laid out. Unfortunately the dirty duvet cover (full of makeup, foundation) and dirty throw on the main bed put me off. The rest was superb!

The apartment is spacious and well equipped for two couples. The bathrooms shows its age and the grout between the tiles is stained and mouldy. The floors in the bedrooms were not clean (dusty, especially under the beds). The view from the living room and patio is stunning. Being so near to all the good restaurants and shops is fantastic. We enjoyed our stay.
Knysna was always my preferred choice for a breakaway from work and stress. My stay at Knysna Quays just confirmed my preference once again. The stay was pleasant, peaceful, kind of like a home away from home. Close to all amenities yet private and homely. I will definitely be back in the future with hopes to stay at Knysna Quays again and will undoubtedly recommend bother the Quays as also Knysna as a holiday destination. Thank you so much.
