As the children moved out of the family home, the rooms were transformed into guest rooms. It was decided that not all the accommodation on the farm should look alike, and to keep it interesting for the guests, the owners built a West Coast-style house and 6 huts. Guests can spend time around the bonfire in the middle of the huts.
Accommodation is also offered in a train wagon, well suited for families and contractors. The train wagon has its own bathroom facilities, a kitchen, and braai facilities. There are also 2 outdoor communal kitchens for guests' convenience.
Komma Nader also offers facilities for weddings, conferences, and functions. Guests are also welcome to make use of the swimming pool, and game drives can be enjoyed in the nearby Marakele National Park.

8 guests' feedbackPlace is a bit past its heydays. But enjoyed it. Lots of walking space. Would have liked to stay longer but had to prepare to go back to work.

All was awesome, can maybe just put more lighting in rondawels and outside because when you come in late it's very dark.
The accommodation was very neat and comfortable. We will use it again.
We booked a place to sleep in the train to let the children feel a bit of the train era. They really enjoyed it. The lady warned us in advance that the train sleeping place is like a backpackers but it is better equipped than a backpackers and we were even provided with coffee facilities with biscuits. Will book there again for sure. Checked in easily and the kids could play to their heart's content without fear of bothering others. Beautiful petting zoo and playground.
Wonderful setup. We stayed in the train carriage for 3 nights. Basic accommodation, but the water is warm and the compartments are clean. Electricity if you need to charge your cellphone etc. only available in the communal ablutions and kitchen. Will definitely be back.
