The unit was lovely, but the patio table is rusted and when we wanted to move it we realised that it might brake easily. The air conditioner in the main bedroom did not work properly and the TV in the guest bedroom's volume did not work. We also had to wait till 15:00 before we could receive the keys to the unit, so it was very annoying as we had to travel 3 hours to Ballito and arrived at 12:00 and having our children with us I felt that most of our day was wasted waiting for keys. Once we entered the unit and started unpacking an estate agent arrived to show people the unit. Once again I felt that if people can just enter the unit without us knowing will my personal belonging be safe when i leave the unit to go the beach.
The washing machine did not work. The lady upstairs kept on complaining about our kids playing outside too early according to her schedule. Her comments really did spoil the atmosphere for us when we were outside - bearing in mind we did not pay to stay inside and watch TV on holiday 24/7.

Our stay was extremely pleasant, great weather, beautiful garden and pool well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms are good with crisp white linen. We will definitely go back, great for a family get away. Sonet was great, thanks for all your help. The owners, Pierre and Reshma, are awesome people.
Poor DStv package. There are 4 TVs but everyone has to watch the channel that is on in the front lounge. One expects full DStv. The old Weber braai was broken. Its wheel had broken off so it was hard to handle. We never got the garage key, therefore couldn't use the lock up garage as advertised. They never ran through the inventory with us. We had only 1 set of keys and 1 remote. Bad. Deck broken and dangerous to those walking barefoot. Large microwave broken. Bathrooms and showers in the portal not cleaned properly. Gate's rails dirty and therefore difficult to open and close.
