17 guests' feedbackIf you are looking for a place to get away for the weekend, this is the perfect spot. The location is centrally located, 100m from the sea, 100m walk to your nearest restaurant.
There were a few things not present that was on the list - toilet paper, dish cloth and sponge.
Place was furnished with everything we needed. I will definitely go again.
Such a cute little place, but really needs an upgrade! The mattress is soft and the duvet is paper thin. Got cold and only blanket was burnt full of big holes. The kitchen chairs creak and are unstable. Windows don't all want to open and frames look down. Apart from that, the place is very cute and located close to everything.
I would like coffee, tea and sugar in the house, especially for early mornings when you get up. Don't think it would be too expensive.

The boiler didn't work, had to borrow from Komyntjie 2 gan.
Very cute little place. Needs a bit of TLC here and there. The roof leaks, lamp doesn't work, hot and cold taps are changed around- waste water thinking that it will become warm when the cold tap is actually the hot tap. Otherwise, lovely accommodation.
It was a beautiful and quaint little place and will definitely be back.
Lovely, comfortable unit within walking distance of town. 2 areas that need to be looked after: there is no barbecue equipment and the external blinds next to the barbecue are falling apart.
We fell in love with Paternoster and especially the location of Komyntjie3 and the view from the balcony and feeling of safety when walking on the beaches and among the beautiful houses. The DStv which was upgraded to include certain sports channels (rugby and cricket) was very welcome on the first weekend of Super Rugby. Would like to sell our cottage by the sea in KZN and purchase one in Paternoster.
The unit is walking distance from the beach and various fantastic restaurants. We sat on the large stoep and enjoyed the sea view almost every night. Will go back anytime.
Address as on information may cause confusion. Street address: 5 Strandloper Street, Paternoster. The address belongs to property in front of Komyntjie 3. It is a very nice place and I had a very nice stay. It just needs a little TLC that e.g. regarding sails outside on porch. Sidesail flaps in wind all the time and cannot be secured at all. Guests in Komyntjie 1 were very noisy with loud music all Saturday! Once again a very nice visit with the most beautiful view.
The bright white double bed with the flashes of red welcomes you when you open the blue shutters. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need if you want to prepare something yourself or braai, inside or outside depending on the weather.
Hubby and I had a really awesome time at Komyntjie 3. We spent most of our time sitting on the balcony enjoying the most gorgeous views! If it's privacy you're after, this is certainly for you. The only thing I needed whilst being there was an ice bucket, so hopefully next time there'll be one to keep that nice bottle of white wine cold. Thank you LekkeSlaap and the lovely, friendly lady I collected the keys from!
This place is value for money. The location is amazing and the porch is a huge bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

House rules
No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.The balance of the booking is to be paid 3 days before arrival.
This unit may only accommodate the number of guests as specified on the booking invoice at any given time.
No loud music after 22:00.
No parties on the property, management reserves the right to evict tenants that does not adhere to this rule.
Kindly note that we do not have authorization to do credit card payments on behalf of guests, we only accept EFT/Bank transfers.
A R 650.00 key and breakage deposit is payable on arrival and is refundable within 7-14 working days, after the house has been inspected and all found in order. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without full payment received.
DStv can be activated at the cost of R 25.00 per day.
There is a pet fee of R250 for up to 2 dogs per house. No more than 2 dogs at a time.
