They went out of their way (not only figuratively, but literally) to turn around a hard day of traveling to Grootbrak for me. They truly made me feel like family. Just a little tight for more than 2 adults, would certainly work well for 2 adults and 2 kids. Generally good overnight stay for us as evangelists, very grateful. The special offer on their original prices helped a lot. Very close to the N2. The cutest 2 sausage dogs also came to greet us.

We only stayed one night, but it was lovely and the lapa was a winner - especially on such a lovely winter evening. Gardens and lots of space create a lovely, homely atmosphere. Highly recommend! Oh yes, and "Langlaagte" (dachshund whose name is unknown) was very much at home with us, and looked after us well.
We made a cozy fire and hung out with our family under the well-equipped lapa. The rooms are spotless and the parking is under a shade net and behind a gate. The garden is beautiful.
It is cute and would be nice to have a long stay there. The owners are friendly and the place is clean and gives you a sense of peace.

The stay was short but wonderful, in other words we slept well thanks to LekkeSlaap.
There is nothing to heat it because it is winter. There is no electric blanket and their blanket is quite thin. Oh my, there is no warm blanket, we are so cold. We reserved for two nights, and the towels in our bathrooms remained the same until we departed on Sunday. Their home is neat and clean.
All necessary things provided at the shack. DSTV would be very nice. Could not watch rugby during my stay because no DSTV.

Even though Denise was away for the weekend she still made for a carefree getaway. Instantly available with Whatsapp and available until late at night and explained when we got lost. Far enough from the noise but also close enough to enjoy a nice evening out.

The self-catering had everything needed for an overnight stay, a bit cramped for four people. All crockery was not spotless. The braai area is one of the best we have had. Ideal overnight stay for a longer trip.
We were treated like family. Place is clean, people are friendly and very helpful.
We checked in on the 23rd and checked out on the 26th. We only got 250 ml of milk, 2 bran muffins, 2 boxes of fruit juice and 2 yoghurts. We only got it for 1 day (the day we checked in). The remaining time we were there we received no breakfast and no replenishment of milk and water. This is unacceptable because we paid a rate for bed and breakfast, where we only received accommodation. And the cherry on the cake is, it was our honeymoon and it was really disappointing.
We had a wonderful stay and it is a beautiful environment. Even though we didn't use it, there was a lovely garden with a lapa to braai. We will definitely stay here again if we come to the side again.

Our stay of 9 days was very wonderful. Living rooms were clean and have everything you need. The separate lapa is fully equipped for self care. The one living room Lena's toilet facilities are very small and cramped and attention can be paid to the bed and mattress for a good night's rest. Denise and Pieter are excellent hostesses and hosts were always friendly and helpful when needed. Recommend the place to anyone to stay. Thank you very much.

We were looking for a place between PE and the Cape at short notice, then we discovered the gem. We had barely made our payment when the owner was already in contact with us and everything needed to get out was provided to us. Even a road map was sent to our phones. Not only that, but the owner was constantly following up to see if we were still safe on the road. When we got there later that evening, she was still waiting for us and the room was nicely laid out for me and my family. Coffee has never tasted so good. The owners and place were such a pleasure, we were back with them a week later. I will invite everyone I know to sleep there. Well done you!
