37 guests' feedbackUnfortunately, due to water issues, we were moved to the B & B. So my review is based on that. The stay was comfortable and relaxing.
Problem is water they switched off water before 21h00.
Not a place where any human can stay.
I never enjoyed anything. The whole night I had to stay up because the place is scary and not safe. With foreign guards that can't even communicate with us in a good manner, I ended up calling the manager but still, there was no change.
Clean and tidy place to sleep for an overnight stop. Water was a problem with shower and toilet but only the municipality can be blamed for this.
Friendly service, would recommend them to anyone.
The place is quiet and peaceful. The only problem is water - there's a certain time to use but at some time there no water at all, no water to flush the toilet.
The location is convenient, and a lot of antiques to look at. Close to shops.
Koos and his wife are very friendly and immediately made us feel at home. We would book with them again anytime.
I had a very nice overnight stay at Koos' Tonteldoos. It's very neat and beautiful with a beautiful garden and very safe. He is very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome.
Upon arrival I met Koos, and was warmly welcomed and made at home. The facilities were neat and clean and all appliances were in good working order. My vehicle was safely covered with a locked gate. I stayed 4 days, and did not experience any disturbances or inconveniences. The residential unit is in a good environment, close to all amenities and the sports grounds. For the purpose of my visit it was the perfect place to stay and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Very nice stay, slept and visited. As strangers came there, as lifelong friends rode there again.

The security guard on duty did not know about us, nor which rooms were reserved. I first had to call Koos who then used my phone to talk to the guard. One room door could not lock at all because he was paralyzed and was not close to the lock. This required me to move a mattress to the other room. There was also no secure parking, no lockable gate. No card machine facilities were also available. Had to drive and go to withdraw money.
We were received very kindly, immediately felt welcome. Very neat and comfortable, will definitely stay there again.
The antiquities were beautiful to see. Room and bathroom slightly cramped. We have already told people about the beautiful place.

I was forced to move my stay from the 8th to the 15th of September and Koos adjusted it to that date without any cancellation fees etc. On the morning of the 15th he called me and confirmed if I was coming through and moved me to his other guest house, Koos se Kardoes, which has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. Very quiet and tidy room. Bathrooms clean and tidy.
The air conditioning was crucial as I am not used to the heat there.
I can't complain about anything. Everything one wants is there.
We will book here again!
Owners are hospitable and go out of their way to ensure your comfort.
Koos recommended that we stay in "Koos se Kardoes" which was in a quieter part of town. "Koos se Tonteldoos" is on the main street and the traffic can get quite busy. We were kindly received, and were able to park our vehicle safely. And for Limpopo's severe heat, there was mercifully an air conditioner in the room. I would recommend the guest house.
For R450: the shower door catches and does not close properly. The towels have a rotten smell; very bad and stuffy. The sofa is dirty and armrests are torn. The carpet has dirty spots on it. The bedside lamp does not work. The TV does not pick up kykNET because apparently it forgot to switch in the owner's room and he was in Mozambique.

We were a bit startled when we got there, because the office wasn't really an office. However, the rooms were nice and big and we had a good time. It is very close to the main road (with trucks in the evening) and a shop. Thank you very much!
