Kormorant is a gem destination. It is excellently located, with beautiful views over the sea. The kitchen is equipped with quality wares, as are the bed linen and bath towels. The TV has access to all DSTV channels.

Kormorant has everything you might need. The view is beautiful all the time and the apartment has everything you need. We were surprised with a bottle of champagne because it was our anniversary so it was a great surprise. The inverter for the TV and WiFi that stayed on during load shedding was a big bonus, and it was also nice to be able to park our vehicle in the garage. Will definitely go there again.

Would appreciate a washing machine if staying longer than 2 nights. And a two plate stove. There was only 1 plate and no washing machine.

Everything is available and you are walking distance from everything. Very safe place to stay. Place is nice and clean and Jan is very helpful. My brother and I stayed there for a week and went cycling every day, even the bikes were locked in the garage. The area is very quiet and there is no noise, all you hear is the sea.

Very nice place to rest, with the sea in your ears for tranquillity. The welcoming on arrival is excellent. The person is friendly and helps you with whatever you need. I would recommend the accommodation and will make use of the accommodation again. I would recommend it for any person old or young. We really enjoyed it and our little dog immediately felt at home.

The best vacation ever!
We really can't wait to come back again! The apartment is very well equipped, the sea view is excellent and our two house dogs were welcome as arranged in advance. We were able to enjoy all the sports over the weekend on the TV in the room, although our cell phones had limited Wi-Fi signal. Very good value for money. The agent and the owner are very friendly and accommodating.

It is always nice to wake up with the sea in your ears and the waves literally across the street. Kormorant is the tranquillity of itself and if you are not careful you stay on the front porch all day and look out over the sea. Jan's customer service and information provided by the surrounding area, restaurants and attractions are top notch. The facilities are very neat and your vehicle is safe in the garage.

Kormorant is situated against the sea and rocks with only a street between you and the sea. The sliding doors offer protection from the wind, but allow the sound of the sea to lull you to sleep. People who drive slowly by say a friendly greeting while you simply grill a piece of meat and admire the sunset colored with yellow, orange and pink as it sets over Gansbaai! Only regret - should have booked longer. Definitely going back again very clean tidy well appointed accommodation with exceptional location which offers value for my money.

Because it was our wedding night we expected a bit more, they didn't do anything "special" for a honeymoon reservation. Furthermore, it is very clean and tidy and safe.
