Slept well. A couple of dogs that were a bit bothered by barking. All extra laundry provided.

Kozmos is a very comfortable unit with everything we needed to stay toasty warm despite the cold. We had a great time and would love to visit again.
Even though the unit is small, it is actually quite cosy. Lovely little garden to get some fresh air, it's much better having the steps to the top floor on the side of the room, the stairs are a bit dicey, just take it easy. Love the little study seat upstairs, your own little space to rest and relax. The unit is very close to town, it's works like a charm to take a quick drive to town and walk around, as you shop, you can pack in the car, much less to carry around. Security did their patrols all around the complex every night through the night. The unit has its own private braai area. Was definitely worth the stay there.
Photos of outside walled garden very misleading, no grass, just paving and gravel which is a problem for the small dogs. Photo shows grass in the garden.

The place is neat and well furnished. A bit small and snug for 4 adults. Dangerous style stairs. It lies slightly outside the town - quiet and peaceful.
Just had to call to get the DStv switched on - it wasn't on. Just remember to check whether the geyser is switched on. Quite a shock the next morning when you want to take a shower on a cold day.

My girlfriend and I booked the place and later changed the reservation to accommodate a friend, the reservation was changed with no problems. The place was spacious and the bathroom was tidy, which is the most important thing for me. Thank you very much for the nice evening and I will definitely stay there again.
We will stay there again! It's perfect for a family or group of four friends! Juliet was very kind when she brought us the keys. We had a nice stay and it is close to town but you have to drive. Parking in town was not a problem, but it probably depends on how busy the town is. This type of accommodation is perfect if you want to 'sleep well'. It is not designed to spend long hours indoors.
We thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility of Kozmos, which is located slightly outside the town center of Clarens. Kozmos is spotless and it met our needs. Thank you very much for a nice weekend!
Kozmos is not well planned, visitors with suitcases and crates have to carry them far and there is no porter service.

Juliet personally assured us from the day we made a reservation with Kozmos that she would meet us at the entrance of Clarens on the day of our arrival and escort us to the guest house. She kept in touch with us, kept her word and with her care, we immediately felt at home. The guest house was very neat and well equipped. We were not disappointed for one moment with our choice. Attention should only be paid to the white towels, as they detract from the overall cleanliness of Kozmos.

Clean, tidy and able to help at short notice. Price was also good for what was got. No notices in Clarens indicating where place is. Such boards can help a lot.
Apartment was very neat and clean, just don't like the location.
Although not within walking distance to the restaurants and attractions of Clarens, they are only a few minutes away by car. Safe, tidy and friendly reception. Would definitely recommend it.

The parking area is not safe and this causes one to sleep restlessly. If the area can close, it will be much safer. The hospitality of the caretaker was excellent; he was very helpful and friendly!
