11 guests' feedbackWe had a great time at Kransfontein. The service was of excellent quality and personal. Muffet had everything we needed and the footpaths took us away to a secret world where we could gaze in wonder at what we discovered. We would love to come back to Kransfontein again.
We had a lovely home again on the Kransfontein olive farm. We were in the house "View". As the name says, there is the most beautiful view from the wide porch, from where one can quietly listen to the birds. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. We also did one of the hiking trails that were artfully laid out through the forest. The deli offers a variety of olive products. I recommend Kransfontein for nature lovers and for people who like a peaceful environment.
Will definitely visit kransfontein again, the visit was exactly what we needed.
It was a lovely, peaceful stay for me and my husband during the otherwise busy Easter weekend. We went home in "View". Ideal for nourishing the soul, sitting quietly on the porch and looking out over beautiful olive groves. Could walk far, away from city noise. The house is well equipped, even with mobile generator. The bedding and house were spotless.
The 5 days we spent at Kransfontein, were so blissful. We have visited various accommodation types, like Kransfontein, over the past 15 years, and this is one we rated the best. The attention to detail and nature on the estate, we're breathtaking. We highly recommend it to anyone.
It had been a lovely overnight stay for our family. Would easily come again, and stay again for longer. The breakfast picnic basket is amazing.
Location is great, slept very well. Really worth the money.
We stayed at The Boat House - it surpassed our expectations. The accommodation is luxurious and the walks around the farm are breathtakingly beautiful. I especially loved the way the paths were lit up at night for us. I enjoyed swimming in the river and in the various pools around the property. The breakfasts were delicious and our every need was catered for. We honestly could not have found a more perfect place to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Very grateful to have found this special place - we will be back.
There is nothing we didn't like. Stilbaai can get very busy, but Kransfontein is far from the hustle and bustle and perfect for a peaceful getaway. The accommodation is neat, clean and private. We stayed in the Boathouse, and there is no other accommodation in the area with a better location. The hiking trails, swimming pool and fountain eye are truly special. The breakfast is unbeatable.
