Please note that all visitors, by entering the reserve, accept the notice and indemnity below, and therefore enter at their own risk.

Kindly take notice that Cumberland Nature Reserve is a natural wilderness area, containing flora and fauna and diverse natural physical features and therefore all visitors enter at their own risk. It is a distinct condition of entry and admission to this Reserve, that the owners, staff, employees agents or representatives accept no responsibility for any death, injury or illness sustained or suffered by any person or theft or loss or damage to any property occurring within or arising from a visit or visits to the Reserve howsoever caused, and whether allegedly caused due to the negligence of the owners staff, employees, agents or representatives, or arising from the use of facilities supplied or made available, or from any alleged defect in any utensil equipment, service, vessel, vehicle or other conveyance supplied or made available, or from any liquid or foodstuffs supplied or arising in any other manner and from any other cause whatsoever.

1. The water at the reserve is not suitable for consumption. Please bring your own drinking water.
2. Towels not provided.
3. Firewood is available for purchase when available.
4. No driving permitted on the reserve. Only driving to and from picnic sites and your accommodation.
5. No radios or music permitted on the reserve.
6. No pets are permitted on the reserve.
7. Children are to be supervised by an adult at all times.
8. Please do not feed the animals.
9. Please note the hosts reserve the right to change quoted prices for accommodation without prior notice. 10. The hosts can offer the opportunity to change booking dates instead of forfeiting any fees if requested.
