36 guests' feedbackStunning place to stay. Fantastic deck with plenty of animals visiting. Everything you need is supplied and accommodation is very safe. Loved our stay.
Amazing accommodation! Perfect for a getaway in the woods. A large variety of animals to see right on your doorstep or to even feed a beautiful animal from the pool. We had so many unforgettable moments.
We really enjoyed our time at Kruger Kumba. The very nicest part was the animals that were often visible. The house has a very nice atmosphere. The owner was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Kruger Kumba Mugwenzi to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful break in Marloth Park.
Had an amazing Birthday weekend here. Was peaceful, quiet, and just relaxing. The drive in the Kruger was amazing. Saw once-in-a-lifetime animals, a leopard in a tree and a mommy hyena with her 2 cubs. Would recommend this quite highly to anyone that would like to get away from the city and experience nature.
Fantastic tranqil stay.
The house is very tidy, everything you need, and the Nagapies entertained my 4-year-old every night. There are many animals. The internet is just terribly slow, so work at the unit is not possible.
The open space on the outdoor decks is amazing. It's a great place to relax and view the game that come to the water hole behind the braai area.
Please report immediately any problems or damage upon arrival. We kicked off a set due to damage that was there on our arrival but we neglected to report it. Fortunately, the owners took our word for it and our breakage deposit was refunded to us. The house is very nicely laid out. We were a bit disappointed in the place which was not really cleaned. Would not recommend the house with small children who are crawling or not yet able to walk, due to the many stairs in the house. The house is very nice and tidy.
Place overall was okay, not the best. It was not very clean, and upon our arrival, the flower bed was covered in cigarette butts.
There are notices of possible fines if garbage disposal and dishes are not done and a few leaks in the roof.
The house is beautifully decorated and in the perfect location. Our stay was amazing and the atmosphere created by the owners of the house was phenomenal.
We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this stay.
Cottage is perfect for a getaway. Went with friends and everyone from the adults to the kiddies enjoyed it.
Stylish decor, aesthetically pleasing. Wonderful stay for our international guests and us.
Very peaceful, lots of animals to see around the house. Clean and safe.
Nice stay. Lots of wildlife, such as warthogs, sea bream, kudus that come to visit. Just a little near Olifantweg where you can hear the busy street. Lots of stairs not meant for old people I guess.
We really enjoyed the nights.
House was clean and tidy. All amenities are there with a stoep in every wind direction. Kudus and impalas frequently seen near the house.
Thank you very much Renee for all the info before we checked in and thank you for allowing us to be part of your beautiful place in the bushveld, it was wonderful.
Great relax and rest, beautiful place. Thanks to Renee and Leon for all the help throughout the week to make our time as pleasant as possible.
Well-equipped and all staff were very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay!
The deck created space for us to spend time together and also enjoy the tranquility and wildlife of Marloth. Will definitely book there again.
Anyone who is crazy about the game garden can feel free to go there in a book for a closer feeling to the game and nature.
Enjoyed the visit and was a great experience at Marloth, will definitely go again.
The house is perfect and spacious, security is very good. Our privacy as a family was very much respected. The wild animals at the waterhole next to Jumala could be seen at sunrise and sunset. The stress was completely gone after a few days. Jumala really brings you closer to God's wonderful creation.
Owners were very helpful and friendly. Improvement recommended, table or counter next to the grill to put meat on while grilling.
Was privileged to stay there over the Christmas period.
From the first impressions, everything is fantastic and you realize that Reneé and her team go through a lot of effort to make your 'home away from home' as convenient, comfortable and modern as possible. Everything and more was there that we needed and not only was it very neat, spacious and safe but the spacious verandas that are placed almost right around the house provide views that take your breath away! The animals drop in regularly which provides great photography and unforgettable moments. The splash pool is just right for cooling off on hot bushveld days and with air railings throughout the house you can also stay nice and cool on hot summer evenings. We could look at the stars from any of the many porches and just realize again how small we are in God's creation. Reneé communicated everything to us very nicely and kindly and even explained to us any problems that might occur on our route the morning we traveled. We will definitely use Jumala Looming again and are already very excited for our next bushveld visit!
Thank you Renee for your beautiful home. Everything was fine with so much more than we expected. It is truly a place to come back to.
I would recommend Jumala Looming to anyone who wants to go on vacation or just relax in the woods.
Als was neat. Als was in working condition. Have a good time and relax. A weekend is definitely too short.
The owner. Renee, goes out of her way to inform you about everything and is very helpful. Neat, clean and well appointed. The wooden deck offers breathtaking views and warm atmosphere.
Can recommend! From our wooden deck every day we could see animals such as zebras, divers, impalas, warthogs and up to 40 mouse dogs trotted by! Plots are large and no noise. The aircons helped a lot and the outside porch and viewpoints were fantastic.
It was very peaceful and everyone enjoyed it. The accommodation is fantastic and comfortable and everything you need is there. The period was just a bit short, will check in for longer next time. All problem I have is the small outdoor braai by the pool.
Just a little place where you can make a pot. Weber difficult.
Before we left, I already had a little talk with the caretaker, Manie, about the possibility of a cleaner. He was very rude to my elderly mother, and I brought this to the attention of the manager, Renee. He asked her if she knew what a self-care unit was. On arrival, two of the four air conditioners were not working. Renee solemnly promised that it had been checked the day before, but after further investigation and confirmation by Martin who came to fix the air-conditioning, it was a lie as he was only going to buy a new part for the air-conditioning at about 6 o'clock that late afternoon and came to put in. The second day we noticed that the television set was not working. Again we were told that it was only the signal in Marloth" but Rene's husband, Leon, drove through from Baberton on Friday (110 km we were told), to come and repair it as a new eye had to be put in. As far as I know, it wasn't just the signal, the toaster was terribly dirty and we had to wash it before we could make fritters, but we were constantly told to leave the house in a 100% clean condition. The deck has a hole in the wooden floor which is terribly dangerous and there is no way anyone can shower down and up at the same time. Water pressure and hot water won't allow it. I don't mind stairs but the stairs is very unsafe as there are no handrails. The sink in the kitchen doesn't seal at all either, so washing dishes, which we were reminded of so often, was extremely difficult as the water runs out. There is no easy way to the to the braai area, and there is no seating or lounging here, not even a li g not We had to carry our own chairs up and down those steep, dangerous stairs.
