Kruger Southern Cross Cottage is a self-catering cottage located on the host’s property in a secure gated village just outside Malelane. The property is ideally situated 2.8 km from the Malelane Gates of the Kruger National Park, and approximately 45 minutes drive to the Mozambique Lebombo border post or the Swaziland Jeppes Reef border post.

The well-appointed, fully furnished cottage is located in its own garden and can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children in bunk beds, and consists of open-plan living, with a private entrance and a power inverter system in case of power outages.

The cottage is equipped with 2 three quarter beds and a double bunk bed fitted with percale linen and the bathroom has a shower, soft hospitality quality towels are provided. Adjacent to the bedroom area is a dining table with seating and a well-equipped kitchen that contains a fridge, a microwave, a countertop 4-plate stove, a selection of crockery and cutlery, and complimentary tea- and coffee-making facilities.

In addition, the cottage contains free Wi-Fi Internet access and a TV with Netflix. In the garden guests are welcome to use the outdoor furniture and the Weber braai facility. Secure off-street parking is available for 1 car and the guest has their own remote control access.

Mhlatikop is a private gated village in a tranquil park like area, with amazing birdlife and secure enough for kids to play in the street and ride around on their bikes. Restaurants and sports facilities including a golf course, gym, lap pool, squash and tennis are approximately 1 to 2 kilometres from the property.
