It was truly an amazing experience with great quality hospitality. The animals come right up to the unit and the night sounds and stars are amazing.
Thank you, Lou, for making our stay so memorable. We loved our accommodation which was just perfect for two couples with identical en-suite rooms leading to the large patio and pool. Absolutely fabulous.
We had a really nice stay, the house is really very beautiful. The location is just too close to the main road, the cottage also had no cutting knives. The cleaners don't work on a weekend and this makes us feel we paid too much. But, we had a very nice time and were also very friendly and helpful. Regards.
Our visit was very peaceful, the house is very neat and clean and everything needed for a self-catering holiday was available. The only thing that bothered me was that if you use the outside barbecue area the whole house smells of smoke and it's a smell that permeates everywhere.
The house was very neat and clean. We were well received, and the cleaners were very friendly and fast. Nice quiet part of Marlothpark. The gas geyser was a bit of a problem, as well as the shower's water that wanted to run into the room all the time. Marlothpark itself is very cute, dirt roads are pretty bad, and aesthetics need attention.
We had the privilege of staying at KrugerRiverVillas-Lionsgate after a very difficult time. From the moment we walked in there and met Louise, it was like we left the city behind and forgot about everything. Louise is incredibly hospitable and helpful. Then the villa ─ words cannot really describe how luxurious, practical and cozy it is. The attention to detail is amazing and there was everything we needed and more (nice treats like wine and beer). We spent mornings in the Kruger National Park and then returned to our oasis in the bush where I could almost become one with that stoep. So many animals came to say hello throughout the weekend and it was an incredible experience to be so close to them. In the afternoon we drove to the border line between Marloth and the Kruger to look out over the Crocodile River with a glass of wine ─ what a blessing. Evenings we spent around the fire and listened to the roar of the lions in the adjacent Lionsgate Park. For us, it was forest therapy that we needed so much and I can recommend anyone to stay here ─ you won't regret it.
We had a great time, the views were awesome, the Villa had everything in that you will need. The place is very well looked after, it is really a diamond for a great getaway.

Stunning accommodation. Beautiful bushveld. The lions just about slept next to our unit. The swimming pool is great. You miss out on a wonderful place if you don't book a visit!

This place is amazing. I can't fault anything, the house interior is beautiful, it's clean and you feel at peace. Definitely recommend for a family, couple or friends.
