The hostel accommodation is comfortable and tastefully decorated with an African theme. Surrounded by a tropical paradise. Accommodation options include double or family rooms either with private bathrooms or clean, shared bathrooms.
The lodge has a fully equipped communal kitchen, while meals and Continental breakfasts are available at our upmarket restaurant. In addition, the lodge offers Internet access and laundry facilities, and guests are welcome to relax around the swimming pool. Transfers can be provided by prior arrangement and we can also assist with booking tours.
From the cool veranda, guests can spot whales and dolphins in the distance, plenty of birdlife and small game animals. Guests can also hike the Umtamvuna Nature Reserve, which is regarded as one of the world’s plant hotspots, with a total of 330 species of woody plant and 80 herbaceous plants.

15 guests' feedbackMy friend and I needed a place to stay for a night. We arrived in the evening to friendly hosts who were very accommodating. Comfortable bed, clean room and tea/coffee available. We were very happy.
The lodge is unpretentious offering everything necessary for a solo traveler on a budget. The room was comfy. Although a kettle would have been handy. The microwave did the job for morning coffee. Well worth a return visit.
Lovely overnight stay in a neat guest house. The staff were polite and welcoming. The view and location are picturesque.
Erik and team were super. We love this place!
However staff were a bit freaky. They would stand watching the guests.
Unfortunately the bed was full of fleas and we were badly bitten.
I would recommend the place to everyone and what a pleasant stay.

Leuke rustig gelegen plaats. Prachtig uitzicht van aan het zwembad. Goed bereikbare prachtige stranden, Wildpark enz.
