We had a great stay at Kubu Bali 6. The sea view is fantastic and the house is nice and big. There were some mistakes though; the tumble dryer didn't work at all and one of the air conditioners in the rooms didn't work either. We reported it.
Well located near malls and attractions. Nice quiet complex. Good security. Direct beach access. Apartment is clean, tidy and comfortable.
Even though I love Kubu Bali 6, there is a lot of work that needs to be done. The ensuite bathroom was in a disgusting state, the drain cover was out and you could see the pipe. the ensuite toilet had a leak, the curtains in the lounge have not been washed and the blinds have not been replaced. I have been there plenty of times and in 6 years, there's still a stain on the curtains, do these ever get washed? The agent I spoke to mentioned that the owner is aware of the problem but nothing seems to be done about it. It is a beautiful establishment but needs a lot of TLC.
Rental agents were unfriendly and incompetent.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The unit is very neat and the location is ideal. We will be back again for sure.
I love Kubu 6. I have been there on numerous occasions. My concerns and complaints was viewed on Saturday when I called through, however the person in charge of maintenance did not come through. The showerhead was broken and I asked if someone could come through to have it fixed or changed and nobody got back to me. The general bathroom was also messed when we got there, I am not sure if a cleaner used it and did not clean up after themselves or it was previous holiday makers. Even though I have complaints I will definitely be back. Please make sure that the facility is fixed.
We will be coming back again on the 9th of August for my husband's birthday.

I highly recommend Kubu Bali 6 to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe place to relax, unwind and be close to all amenities. The unit can comfortably sleep 4 adults and 4 children/teenagers. Plenty of space, luxurious finishes. The most comfortable enclosed verandah where all meals can be enjoyed. Gas braai for quick and easy cooking, comfortable outdoor couches. Relax and unwind and take in the most breathtaking sunrises. The unit is perfectly situated for privacy and is extremely safe and secure. There is ample parking area which is also safe. A pool for an evening dip or a quick easy walk to the beach with your own private access. I will definitely be back.
A nice spacious and comfortable apartment with a beautiful sea view! Kubu Bali is centrally located and close to child-friendly beaches. We would definitely like to stay here again.
Excellent location, peaceful and tranquil settings and close to all major shops as well.
A very beautiful scenic place. Second time booked at Kubu Bali 6. Loved every minute except for a few minor issues. No hot water in the kitchen, flow from shower was minimum and the toilet kept shutting off. Other than that a lovely holiday in a beautiful place. Would definitely go back.

It's a beautiful unit, with everything you need. Wonderful sea views and quick access to the beach. Spacious bathrooms and bedrooms, and large living space. The covered verandah is also big and has ample furniture to sit on. We have been at Kubu Bali no 6 about 6 to 7 times now, and we will most certainly go back again.

- Please note that the R800 admin fee is included in the quote.- The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.
- The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit was paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to the host.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
- Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
- Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform the host immediately.
- The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself.
- Please remember to email the host your account details.
- Please ensure that the outstanding balance reflects in the host's bank account 7 days prior to arrival.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
- No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. Should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
- If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an additional cost.
- Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event of any appliance being out of order we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.
