House rules

Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by management upon booking.

The maximum number of guests allowed to stay overnight at the house is strictly limited to the number of guests listed in your reservation.

Please note this house is not child-proof. You are responsible for your own safety, and the safety of any other person present at the accommodation during your stay.

Respect possessions and property as if they were your own.

Please note, that the host supplies 1 towel per person and no extra bed linens, tea towels, or hand towels.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is only permitted outside, where an ashtray is provided. Please make sure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of in the bin.

Strictly no pets allowed.

The hosts reserve the right to enter the property to address anything needing their attention.

No eating, or drinking on the beds to prevent damage and stains.

The air conditioning unit must be switched off when guests leave during their stay. To preserve the unit and conserve energy, doors and windows should remain closed whenever the air conditioning is in use.

All outdoor activities must be conducted with respect and consideration for other guests and neighbors.

Valuables left unattended and parking are at your own risk. While every effort is made to prevent loss and damage, some circumstances are beyond our control.

Drunken behavior will result in guests being required to leave the property immediately, as it poses potential risks to other guests, the host, neighbors, and the property.

The host reserves the right to take appropriate action to ensure that all guests adhere to the private home rules throughout their stay. Any abuse or inconsideration will be addressed immediately and may be escalated to Airbnb or the authorities if necessary.

No parties are allowed, and guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Excessive noise or any violations of the terms of this agreement may result in the immediate termination of occupancy.

Gates to the property must be closed promptly. Since the gates do not operate automatically, it is the guest's full responsibility to ensure they are closed and locked at all times.

It is important to ensure that doors and windows are securely closed when the property is unoccupied. The hosts will not be held responsible for any theft that occurs during your stay.
