The accommodation is clean and tidy, but very basic and minimalistic. No TV. The room is very cold. The heater is not effective for a large room. Winter linen and an electric blanket will make a difference. Tea and coffee are limited. Owners very friendly.

We recently had an amazing stay in the beautiful guest house! From the moment we got there, we felt like we had landed in a piece of paradise. The attention to detail was clearly visible, the delicious chocolate on the pillows. The location of the guest house was ideal for our exploration of the area. We had easy access to local attractions, restaurants and activities. It was great to know that after a day of adventures we could always return to this oasis of peace and quiet. The general atmosphere of the guest house was one of tranquility and relaxation. It was the perfect break from the daily rush and we really enjoyed every moment there. Our year-end function took us all the way from the West Coast to the Northern Suburbs, and we decided to sleep over. Kunstvilla's friendly owner/artist met us at the gate and escorted us to the room, where we could unpack and freshen up in peace before leaving for our function. The room was clean, tidy, spacious and cool, and the en-suite bathroom comfortable. The bench at the foot of the bed is a thoughtful extra, and the writing table very convenient for that last-minute correspondence. The original paintings are stylish and the antique mirror cabinet is very special. We got a key and remote control, so our return in the midnight hours didn't bother anyone. The most important thing is the bed, a very comfortable mattress, not too soft and not too firm, good quality linen and comfortable pillows. We slept really well. With the morning greeting, we first lingered in the gallery and looked through the beautiful works of art while our host and hostess made us feel like old friends. Whether you are an art connoisseur or not, we recommend this accommodation with an open mind, it was truly a pleasant experience.

I believe they are going to put another nice, big rug in the apartment in front of the chairs. Furthermore, the bed and bedding are of the best and we slept wonderfully warm in a bitterly cold evening. Lovely hot shower. Coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits left for us, much appreciated.
