Lovely stay, we enjoyed it.
We had a good stay at the place, there was backup during loadshedding and the staff was friendly, as I said, all went well.
Room was prepared for me, ready.
It was a beautiful experience although there was no gown,no sleepers, towels were not white the floral bedding i didn't like it. But i believe that can be fixed, its understandable not to hve the above mentioned because of the reasonable price. But the time we were checking in there was no one at the reception we had to roam around the whole lodge they need to fix that also but otherwise i would have enjoyed my stay there more.
No, we don't have a door too small.
There is no breakfast sacrificed like their web garden. Reception is unmanned, you have to look for the staff to ask or report things.
We were greeted nicely as we arrived. We found the accommodation very neat and tidy.
Great value, clean with helpful staff. It's on the main road out of Dundee so a lot of traffic, however, the individual rooms are thatched and very quiet inside.

The houses' doors are only slightly low if you are 1.8 m tall.

Although the room was not equipped with a few kitchen utilities, the main kitchen was fully available for the guest to prepare their own meal. Housekeeping and reception was outstanding!
I wish they can have spa services within the premises.
To my family and I the most important aspect of any accommodation is the shower. During loadshedding the water coming out of the tap was a trickle. When the generator was switched on water did come out but the hot water kept on getting cold whilst showering and you had to wait for it to heat up (gas geyser). The light provided for use during loadshedding did not work. The receptionist was unable to tell us the loadshedding schedule. No proper welcome and explanation about the room eg. plan during loadshedding etc.
Main street was dirty and not very inviting.
Agter ons rondawel was daar vuilgoed. Dit was bietjie onnet. Maar die verblyf was OK.
Well located, close to all attractions.
No service at reception and you are ignored if you would just ask for a glass. No plates, or cups or glass in accommodation. Definitely will not use them again.
I really enjoyed sleeping over.
Good service and friendly people. It can be very hot in the hut so an aircon isn't a bad idea or at least a powerful fan.
No safety, security (1 guard ) No fridge (bar fridge can do). Breakfast was not included, thought it was.
It is very nice there, enjoyed the experience. One thing for a little improvement that they might think about doing is supplying a teaspoon with the coffee and sugar.
