This guest house really met all our standards: We like a clean, tidy place that is well maintained and looks nice. The garden is also beautiful. The interior already welcomes you. The self-catering unit is equipped with everything you need and the layout is comfortable and spacious. Good mattress for a good night's rest, great location - a peaceful, quiet part of Middelburg. Safety is also good. Would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Middelburg.
The place is tasteful, clean and we didn't need anything. It is perfectly located.

Everything was fine, except the bathroom was one of the worst I have seen and experienced.
L'anda is safe, spacious, neat, well equipped and perfectly located with enough parking. You feel at home and the hostess spoils you with delicious rusks and soul food. Will definitely visit there again.
Arrived at guest house and there was no one to unlock for us. Called owner several times and she did not take my call. I then called the LekkeSlaap consultant and after they contacted her, she answered my call. We lost about 30 min trying to get hold of the owner and for them to unlock for us. This caused us to be late for our wedding. When we got back to the guest house late at night, there was no hot water either and we had to wash in cold water as we wanted to get the dirt into the bed. The owner claimed to have emailed and texted me asking what time we would arrive but I checked this morning - there was no email from her and no text either. She was not very kind to me on Saturday when I told her that we were going to be late for our function because of her not bothering to contact us to ask what time we were going to arrive when she knew she was going to not be on the premises.
It was a pleasure for us to stay at L'anda. Thank you very much for the great facilities. Please just pay attention to the ceiling fan in room 6. It makes a noise when it is switched on.

The room is well appointed and beautiful.
Upon my arrival I was directed to another guest house as there was a guest who wanted to stay 1 extra night. It's VERY unprofessional, and the service was inept and curt. And this after 100% payment was made a week in advance and I called and confirmed 3 hours before arrival.
We had a short stay but were warmly welcome.The host Amanda is welcoming. One suggestion I have is to consider offering breakfast on weekends, especially during the Loskop race weekend.
