The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms consists of a double bed in the main room, and 2 single beds in the second and third bedrooms. The bathrooms have a shower in 1, and a bath in the other. A fully equipped kitchen is available, and has the necessary facilities such as a fridge, a microwave, an oven and a washing machine with a built-in dryer, as well as crockery and cutlery to use. The lounge has brand new wingback chairs and a couches and a flat-screen TV. The unit present a balcony with a built-in braai facility.(The leather set in some of the pictures have been replaced as above but pictures left for information of the unit)

L'escalier 206 also has a sea view from the balcony, living room and main bedroom. The property is within walking distance along the promenade to the main swimming beach.

One dedicated undercover parking bay is available, but other vehicles brought along will have to be parked outside the complex. A camping cot at no additional cost for a baby, is also available.

The complex has a communal swimming pool and is situated right next to the lagoon, within 1 minute walking distance from a pub and restaurant, as well as a supermarket. The beach is a mere 1 minute walk from the property.

House rules
Bring additional toilet paper and black bags, the first bag and rolls supply will be given.
Bath towels are available at an extra fee, otherwise bring your own.
The unit is serviced twice a week, braai cleaning is excluded. Linen is changed once a week. A daily cleaning service can be arranged if required, for an additional fee of about R 100.00 per day upon successful booking.
DStv Premium package with decoder and smart card, is available on the premises at R 50.00 per day additional. Feel free to bring along your own DStv decoder and smart card, should it be required.

Standard Payment terms:
50% deposit with booking,
+50% 14 days before arrival + R 1000.00 returnable breakage fee deposit.

Long term bookings:
25% deposit with booking,
+25% deposit, 3 months before arrival.
+50% 14 days before arrival + R 1000.00 returnable breakage fee deposit.

Breakage deposit also applies to transgression of the L'Escalier complex Body corporate Conduct rules, for example disorderly conduct, abnormal noise, exceeding max number of people. The rules will be distributed with a successful booking. A full refund could be given if the booking needs to be cancelled due to the guest that will not be able to comply to the rules ahead of the booking. Deposit will be repaid within 30 days after departure.
