This apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 individually furnished bedrooms on the upper level, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a corner bath, walk-in shower, basin, and toilet. It boasts access to the balcony. The second bedroom comprises a queen-size bed while the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. The guests' bathroom which is to be shared, is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. In addition, there is also a washing machine for guests’ convenience. Crisp white linen and towels are provided.
The main living area downstairs features an open-plan design kitchen which is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic crockery, and cutlery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a dishwasher for the convenience of the guests. The living area has comfortable seating space with a TV that offers Netflix and features a 6-seater dining table. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit.
The living area opens up onto the balcony which is the perfect spot for a sundowner and boasts outdoor seating and braai facilities.
Safe parking is available on the premises in underground parking.

4 guests' feedbackThe unit was immaculate. As a family, we enjoyed staying there and we will be returning in the near future.
We had a great time in the unit. Everything was clean and tidy. Free WiFi was sufficient for both TVs. The Mall at the door was a plus with Checkers, Woolies Food, Spur and many more. There is also a laundromat all within walking distance. Loren was the perfect hostess! We will definitely stay there again.
We had a nice stay. The area is very nice and the unit is well located.
We had no TV that worked for 8 days. The person we were working with tried to explain to us how to 'wind' the TV's wiring. It was promised that someone would come and check, which did not happen. The patio set was unusably dirty. It had not been cleaned for a long time. The premises operate with a tag-operated security door. One day we sat outside waiting for security because our tag wasn't working. The person we were working with told us to get a security guard to open for us.

House rules
Earlier check-out and later check-in can be arranged with the host at an additional cost; however, this might not always be possible.Please note that a one-time cleaning fee is included in the price. Should additional cleaning services be required, they will be at an additional cost and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance. These costs can be confirmed with the host.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, though balcony smoking is permitted.
No pets are allowed.
Guests should note that the breakage deposit is payable via cash on arrival and will be refunded within 10 days of departure, provided there are no damages caused during their stay.
The properties are self-catering, meaning guests have the freedom and flexibility to dine in at their own convenience. To get started, complimentary essentials are provided: 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, 1 bin bag, shampoo, body wash, lotion, conditioner, tea, instant coffee, sugar, and milk. Guests are responsible for replenishing these as needed. If the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher and guests wish to use it, they are asked to bring their own dishwasher tablets or powder.
Please note that most of the apartments are equipped with pay-as-you-go electricity and water meters. To ensure a comfortable stay, each unit is generously pre-loaded with an average usage allowance for a small family. For stays of 7 days or more, guests may need to purchase additional units for electricity or water.
