Apartment was neat and clean with daily maid service, no need to worry about that. Our time was our time. We could spend our time peacefully.
Excellent location, the beach is one street away, felt safe. Ballito has a lot to do in and around Ballito, the accommodation was well located for that.
We enjoyed our stay at La Ballito 302. The location was excellent, having a Checkers practically on premise was an added bonus. Quick walk to the beach. With little children, the bottom panel of the windows was a little concerning from a safety perspective.
We enjoyed the town which is clean and the restaurants we visited were superb.
No shower, no aircon, no holiday feel, residence in Sand CV complex.
Apartment suitable for family with young children.
The floors and the bathroom are cleaned daily, but unfortunately when you open the fridge the baby cockroaches go running around, so one doesn't want to cook or use the fridge.
Beds very hard. Other than the cockroaches, everything is okay.
Apartment located close to the beach and shops. The apartment is well equipped, maybe just provide more hanging space for "scrunies" in the bathroom, then there is no need to hang them all over the tap.
October is windy and rainy.
Building was nice and clean.
The remote was rusted as it turns out after we had to purchase a battery that we thought was the issue. The agent was too preoccupied to assist

Love where it is situated. Can really do up an upgrade on the sofa in the lounge area as it was a bit uncomfortable.
We enjoyed it. The flat was nice and clean upon arrival and the next day, when we returned from exploring Ballito, it was nicely cleaned. We can recommend it for a weekend getaway.
