I would recommend it for a short visit (3-7 days, especially for more than 2 people). It can get a little cramped with teenagers. The one room is a bit small with 2 bunk beds and no door - almost like a corridor. The view is amazing, there are fans, a cozy lounge, pool, etc. One can hear the sea at night and look out over the sea. The swimming beach is a short walk away - about a block away.

It was just what we needed. The bunk room was tiny. I would not stay for a long period as it needs an upgrade rather urgently. You get what you pay for.

Despite the beaches being closed, we really enjoyed the holiday. The apartment is tidy and the swimming pool and braai facilities are also very tidy. The location of the apartment is central. We parked the car and walked where we wanted to be.
Close to the beach in a high rise building. Not all the residents are holiday goers but a nice practical place. Prices are reasonable for the area.
Very disappointed to find no toilet paper, coffee, tea, sugar, or milk. We checked in late in the evening, and it was inconvenient to have to go and buy the items at a gas station at an expensive price. Very good location, and views.

The flat is very neat and the decor is beautiful. The one window in the living room was broken and could not close properly. My opinion is that small children would be able to fall out that window so safety was an issue for me. The flat is small for 4 people and because there's no balcony, it can easily become cramped.
Absolutely everything we needed and more. The unit is neat and well looked after. In a good residential area and close to the beach and restaurants.
I booked for my son's birthday and everything exceeded my expectations. There's enough cutlery and dishes, no need to bring your own. The view is really spectacular and it is in the heart of Ballito and literally a street away from the beach. I would return the place again.
All our needs met. Nice stay.
