All units feature single beds with a king-size bed configuration on request, en-suite bathrooms, and amenities that include air-conditioning, TVs with selected DStv channels, and tea- and coffee-making facilities with our home baked rusks, a mini fridge. Clean linen, towels, and Internet access are also provided. One of the units, Room 4, also offers a kitchenette for self-catering purposes. It has its own entrance door and opens onto the garden.
Outside, guests have access to large garden and patios are available for guests to relax. A sumptuous farmhouse breakfast can be enjoyed at an additional cost and served in the breakfast room or on the patio. Safe parking behind remote-controlled gates is available for the duration of your stay.

Friendly reception, beautiful Basil (Great Dane) also welcomed all guests in a friendly manner, fi the guests don't have a problem with it. The room was clean, quiet, safe with everything you need. The biggest surprise was the breakfast parcel because I had to check out very early. A home away from home. Will definitely book La Bella again.

Enjoyed the stay, comfortable. I saw the owner, Lana Boonzaaier, after many years, we were teachers and we couched hockey together. Didn't know it was her place when I booked. Had a great chat for the short time I was there. Will recommend the place to others!
Friendly service and atmosphere. Because of water shortage in Bela-Bela, owner may consider putting up a water tank to provide guests with hot water after a long day.
We specifically looked for "dog friendly" place, as we wanted to take our dog children with us. Fortunately my husband could no longer make it and so I went there alone. He might have arrived on the Saturday with our dogs. Once there I learned that it is not a dog-friendly environment, as they have their own "Great Dane". The owner expressly told me that I was not allowed to bring dogs there. I don't know what we would have done if I had arrived there with my spouse and our dog children. I then had to let my husband know not to come through. So my weekend was not fun at all without my husband and dog children. On the contrary, I only slept there one night. Power was off first morning and no hot water - later had to use another room's shower. Slept over with friends the next night. When I returned on Saturday morning the "geyser" had still not been repaired in my room! Lots of things that really need some attention at the guest house!

In 1 woord: geweldig. Mogelijk aanvullende verbetering: een luie stoel (Fauteuil) om in te zitten i.p.v. op het bed op op een recht keuken of tuinstoel. We hebben genoten van de prima bedden, goed sanitair, heerlijke en gevarieerde ontbijten. Hartelijk dank voor een goed verzorgd verblijf dat wij gedurende 5 dagen mochten meemaken.

Definitely recommend La Bella, Elrie is a very friendly host. Delectable breakfast, and the place was very neat and clean.
There was, however, barking dogs throughout the night and that was very annoying. The owner told us the next morning that it was the neighbour's dogs. The people moved and just left the dogs there.
They have to make a plan with their neighbors about the dogs that bark incessantly.
La Bella B+B is a wonderful guest house and we would definitely recommend it to anyone. It's affordable, neat and clean with a lovely peaceful atmosphere. We had a wonderful rest. The town is close enough to walk there for good exercise. Hydro Spa is also nice and close. Lana and Elri's special attention also to the little things is noticeable and they serve a delicious breakfast. We will definitely stay at La Bella again.

My personal experience was limited to only two nights of sleepovers which went excellently, and of which breakfast was the highlight. And all this at an extremely reasonable price.
My 4 day stay at La Bella B&B was incredibly nice. Lana spoiled me every morning with a delicious breakfast and conversation. The apartment unit I stayed in was incredibly beautiful, clean and very nice and quiet. I felt safe and welcome at all times. Everything was neat and clean. The wild fig tree is an experience in itself. The breakfast with his homemade jam was delicious. As soon as you step in, you feel at home, as if you are going to visit Grandma. Our privacy was respected, but the people were always reachable. I would happily recommend it and have already done so. Thank you very much for a wonderful, refreshing holiday.

Ouch! The hospitality amazed me - even though the lady who owns the guest house had knee surgery, she went out of her way to make us feel at home - the peasant breakfast was amazing - a lovely surprise every morning. Many thanks - would definitely recommend.
