The room was neat, clean and had "little touches" — hot water bag, biscuits, coffee and milk, as well as lights for load shedding. The linen was deliciously fresh and warm! The parking is secure inside a garage which is convenient with small children. Letichia was kind and the environment peaceful! Definitely my favorite in Klerksdorp!
We really enjoyed our stay and were taken care of. Our room was neat and comfortable and Letichia spoiled us with the most delicious meals. We would definitely recommend them!

This is an official complaint about the rewards guesthouse. As per advertised, the following did not work nor was it as advertised/requirements not met. 1. Please find attached as a swimming pool is in the advertising of the guesthouse but couldn't be used as it was completely green and you can get sick/ill from that. It's disgusting, ask any Dr. 2. DStv was included but was not set up and didn't work. 3. There was only one toilet roll available and what if a second one was needed in the middle of the night? 4. A plunger for coffee was provided with the coffee. The plunger is broken and does not work. I am not happy about this as I used my voucher. 5. The dogs were also barking and yet you want a nice calm quiet atmosphere after work or in any situation.
Perfect for a weekend stay for a family of 3. We will definitely go there again if we have to stay in Klerksdorp.

The units are in a quiet and good area, the owners are very friendly and very helpful. The unit was very neat and clean. You just feel pampered with the delicious coffee and cream pies they give. The units are nice and private. Owners are on the premises, but you don't see or hear anyone. The unit looks like a real 5 star hotel room.
Everything was very neat and clean.
We arrived very late, but were received with the greatest kindness after a long journey. The receptionist even followed up during our trip, to make sure we were safe. The room is tastefully furnished, with a private corner outside where we could sit quietly and enjoy a coffee before we left the next morning.
The best staff, Letichia was kind enough to make provision for our late check-in due to an event. She kept in touch via WhatsApp to ensure we were happy. I appreciate the efficiency and friendly service we received. I would recommend La Benroy to anyone traveling through Klerksdorp.

Just a suggestion, there was no bathroom mat for when you get out of the bath. It's a small thing that makes the stay so much more comfortable.
Reception was not good and papers everywhere on cupboards/drawers from previous guests, owners music played quite loudly right next to our room until 10pm. Requested to clock in +-1pm, but was told no, was there just before 3pm and then only "inspection" was done.

We had a great stay, but were somewhat disappointed because we and our friends, who had already booked 4 December, were informed at short notice (only a week in advance) that we could not stay together, as we were traveling in one car. Other than that, no complaints.
