La Crete Sands 1 is a fantastic unit. Nice and spacious, well equipped and a wonderful sea view. Would only suggest replacing the master bedroom bed/mattress.
Excellent stay - love the view, place and surrounding beaches.
We had a great time at La Crete Sands, close to the swimming beach and the rest of our other shops/town. The caretakers are very pleasant people and happy to help and if there is a problem, they sort it out immediately.
The location was perfect, with a beautiful view. There was a lot of unnecessary admin with the booking that was not usual. We had a leak in the one bathroom and asked if it could be fixed when we would not be home. The owners then surprised us by showing up hours too early after we had just come out of the shower with nothing but a towel on. This would not have been an issue, but the gentleman did open the front door- seeing my wife and I in nothing but our towels.
La Crete Sands 1 gave us everything and more than we expected. Beautifully maintained apartment with everything you need and the location is perfect, you couldn't be closer to the beach. We will definitely visit La Crete Sands 1 again in the future. Highly recommended.

The property has an inverter with backup batteries meaning that guests have access to WiFi during power outages.Houses and flats are based strictly on the number of beds available. The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked.
No pets allowed.
We do not take bookings for groups of adults.
No day visitors are allowed or from other units.
No loud music, noise and parties are allowed at any time of day. Quiet time is between 20h00 and 8h00.
The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
All outstanding fees are payable 2 weeks before arrival during the off-season and 1 month before arrival during peak season via cash, EFT, and bank deposits. It will be refunded on the 7th and 21st day of every month closest to your departure date.
Smoking inside the unit is not permitted.
Cleaning services are available at an additional cost, only on weekdays.
Guests must please clean the unit and wash the dishes before they leave.
