All outstanding fees must be settled before the unit is occupied.
Parties and overcrowding are strictly prohibited.
No loud music or excessive noise is permitted at any time of the day, and no music is allowed from 22:00 to 09:00 daily.
The responsible tenant must be at least 25 years of age.
The flat is rented based on the number of beds available, and the number of occupants, including children, must not exceed the number specified in the booking.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking inside the flat is strictly forbidden.
The tenant assumes full responsibility for the actions of all persons in their party, who must agree to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the property owner, managing agent, and body corporate.
The premises must be vacated by 09:00 on the day of departure and can only be occupied from 14:00 on the day of arrival, unless a special arrangement has been made. On public holidays and Sundays, early arrivals and late departures are permitted, provided that a special arrangement has been confirmed with the managing agent.
Tenants are requested to leave the flat clean upon departure. Daily cleaning services are optional for an additional fee and are unavailable on Sundays and public holidays. For clean linen or services, tenants are advised to contact the managing agent.
Keys must be returned to the managing agent, with all windows closed and exterior doors locked. An after-hours key deposit box is available at the managing agent's office.
The owner, managing agent, or body corporate cannot be held responsible for any losses or inconvenience to the tenant caused by events beyond their control.
By lodging the deposit and/or occupying the reserved accommodation, the tenant is deemed to have accepted these terms of the lease.
The refundable breakage deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure, provided the guest submits their bank details to the managing agent.
