Place is ideally located.
Please replace tatty bath mats and bedside mats. Consider replacing beds over time. Bed in main bedroom sagging as well as 1st bed in 3rd bedroom.
Clean and tidy and everything you need was there.

House rules
- Houses and flats are let strictly on the number of beds available. The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.- We do not take bookings for groups of adults.
- No day visitors are allowed or from other units.
- No loud music, noise, and parties are allowed at any time of day. Quiet time is between 20:00 and 08:00.
- The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
- All outstanding fees are payable 2 weeks before arrival during the off-season and 1 month before arrival during peak season, via cash, EFT, and bank deposits. It will be refunded on the 7th and 21st day of every month closest to your departure date
- No pets allowed.
- Smoking inside the unit is not permitted.
- Cleaning services are available at an additional cost, only on weekdays.
- Guests must please clean the unit and wash the dishes before they leave.
