Very good accommodation option. All of the highest quality. Suggestion - Let people know ahead of time (before you book and pay deposit) you can't leave your puppies in the house when you go out, due to the alarm system that needs to be activated.

It was great. The location is excellent and couldn't get a better view. I was there with an older person who has difficulty walking, but was fantastic and helped with everything to make the stay and time there as comfortable as possible.

Unfortunately we could not go due to hospitalization of my daughter. Owner was not willing to move our weekend. A family member went in our place at short notice and her feedback was positive.

Great place and view. The lady might spoil your privacy a bit during the day, as she parks in front of the house where the cleaners tend to the flat next door, but she sits in the car waiting for them, having eyes on you basically through all windows.

The La Mer apartment is a one-room unit with a view of the sea. The apartment is very close to the sea (just across the road). You can open the double door completely or sit on the porch. There is a comfortable couch, a small fireplace, a small kitchen with a microwave, a stove, a sink and the necessary cutlery. Behind it is a comfortable double bed and at the very back is a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The accommodation was in order, clean and tidy. Thank you Sarina, we will come again.

I took a visually impaired friend to Kleinmond for a weekend. We rented the apartment. It was delicious. The unit is on the sea and next to the harbor where all the activities of Kleinmond take place. I immediately booked again for a weekend! My girlfriend was also able to relax and enjoy it. Als was clean and worked. Even during loadshedding, power was provided for an inverter and we didn't even notice it. My friend was also able to use the bathroom very safely. Nothing I had to worry about. Really, best value for money in a long time!

You'll be looking far and wide to find a more perfect location. Breathtaking view and walking distance to restaurants. Everything you need is there with a very nice indoor grill. Load capacity was no problem, seeing that lights, TV, etc. everything worked. Garage was just too small for the van, but with all the security cameras etc. is it very safe. Sarina looked after us very well and was a really excellent hostess! Will definitely recommend La Mer and you will definitely see us again!
Sarina was very friendly and helpful. Apartment very neat and clean and the extras like coffee, tea, sugar and even milk and biscuits were special. She even had the vegetation cut back to make the view unobstructed for us.

La Mer is a cosy and warm apartment. We had a lovely stay and will definitely recommend it. Amidst the ongoing load shedding trying to make winter nights colder and darker. We lit up the quaint little fireplace, and enjoyed an evening filled with ambiance, good chocolate and laughter.

Never been in a holiday home with so much of everything, from dishwasher to salt and pepper. From the moment we arrived we were treated special. Everything was clean and fresh and fresh flowers. We were informed where everything were and how everything works. The sea view is extraordinary. There is secured parking and lovely games and braai room. We will be back again and again. And they love dogs!
La Mer Flatlet is in a picturesque area of Kleinmond, right on the ocean with indigenous plants and local wildlife on your doorstep. The unit is well equipped and neat and great for a short breakaway, restaurants, art and craft shops and the harbour is a safe walking distance away.
Everything was what I wanted and more. Fresh flowers in the room were a bonus. When I struggled with the dust, they came to light it on my behalf. Much appreciated.

Only problem I had was that the laundry room and washing machines were only available to certain guests. We had to wash our clothes in town and hang them on an old rusty stand they provided. Sarina was a wonderful hostess.

The lady who welcomed us was one too many. Cash is hammered for firewood. She took up too much of our time and made us feel like we might as well take things because she comes to check everything. She was waiting in her car the morning of our check-out. When I walked out to enjoy the sea, she came to speak, again, bursting into tears about the other residents' behavior the night before. It has nothing to do with us.
Very nice sea view, ideal for winter. We really missed our air conditioning with the second stay which was in the summer.

Clean, quiet, safe, cosy, crackling of the fireplace as well as the roar of the sea in your ears with an incredible view from your bed. We really had a lovely weekend. There were enough games in the house to keep us and our little girl busy in the rainy weather. Fantastic view and lovely to hear the waves.
My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon. We had booked the honeymoon suite, but the hosts put us up in the main part of the house because the neighbour next door was doing noisy renovations. The main house is well-equipped with just about everything you might need during your stay. We couldn't stay long enough to take advantage of the braai facilities, but they are very nice. We will definitely consider coming back on a future trip.

La Mer has a beautiful sea view and is painstakingly clean and tidy. Everything we needed was available and linen clean and tidy. We couldn't fault it and would stay there again when in the area. A more perfect view would be difficult to find. Lovely to sit on the veranda and just unwind with the roar of the waves right in front of you. The few items that had seen their best days were pointed out to Sarina and if they are replaced everything is more than perfect. Thank you very much, we will definitely want to come again.

We were made to feel at home by Surina and given guidelines as to the accommodation and surroundings. The flatlet is tastefully decorated and provides in all the needs and comforts required for a weekend break away. The street was quiet except for the occasional dog walker or runner. It being winter I would suggest a supply of wood for the small fireplace as it can get nippy in the evenings. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

The unit for two is beautiful, well-equipped and has an unbelievable sea view. We will definitely stay there again if we visit Kleinmond. We were able to enjoye the TV with full DStv while the fireplace was roaring and made a fire in the kettle braai on the patio. Waves crashing against the rocks, was difficult to decide where to feast our eyes!

The place is on the street level, right in front of the beach in Kleinmond. We stayed in the bachelor suite for two nights. The place met all our expectations. My husband could enjoy his DStv, which prevented him from missing home. You can go for long walks on the beach and appreciate the most beautiful fynbos (with lots of flowers and a variety of proteas) next to the path. The place is also within walking distance of a variety of shops and restaurants. Our hostesses (Charolene and Dalene) was also fantastic! I can recommend them wholeheartedly. Definitely value for money!
