House rules
For each booking, a damage deposit is required, which will be refunded within 7 working days after departure, provided that the apartment is left in the same condition as it was upon arrival and that everything is in order. Guests must report any discrepancies or damages to the office within 12 working hours.Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, and failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of the deposit to cover the cost of steam cleaning curtains, carpets, and furniture.
The deposit will also be forfeited if there are more guests staying in the unit than what was initially quoted or if the number of guests exceeds the total allowed capacity. Please note that the unit has a TV with a DStv connection, but guests are required to bring their own DStv decoder, smart card, and cables. Towels must be brought by guests, while bed linen is provided. Complimentary toilet paper and guest soap are provided, but guests must replenish these items at their own cost since the unit is self-catering. Guests should also remember to bring dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials if needed.
Cleaning services can be arranged between 8:30 and 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. Guests must book this service at least 48 hours in advance through the office and pay upfront (not directly to the cleaner). Please note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
