The apartment is fully equipped and perfect for our family visit. We highly recommend this apartment for a beach holiday as it has direct access to the beach. Very cozy and relaxing.
Relaxing and very calming.
Als was fine. The Netflix wasn't on, but luckily I used my own subscription for it. Very clean and tidy. It was also a plus for using unlimited WiFi.

Very friendly service and clear instructions lead to a very pleasant arrival. Unit was neat and tidy on the ground floor. The small courtyard made a mommy of a 5 year old feel very at ease. Very short walk to the beach as well as to the Waterpark.
Just had trouble with the shower. The door leaks and wets the entire bathroom floor. However, the owner has undertaken to replace it this year. Although the house was very neat and clean, the cleaning services did not clean the chairs outside. It was still full of sea sand from the previous tenants. Other than that we had a great stay, thank you very much.

Ideal for a weekend getaway.
We really enjoyed this place. Everything we needed was there. There were even heaters for the cold nights. It was close to the sea with a private entrance. The beach itself was also very beautiful and could be walked for hours.

Had a great time, even though you don't have a direct sea view, you are close to a lovely beach. It's also sheltered from the weather/wind, could braai while it's raining. La Palma 3 is a very neat residential unit within walking distance of the beach. No sea view, but you can hear the waves breaking. I would recommend them anytime! Apartment very comfortably furnished. Next time we will definitely stay longer.

Very nice stay in the apartment. It is very neat and clean. Very nicely located. I would maybe just recommend another couch for the front of the living room to sleep on. I wasn't satisfied that the owner started contacting us directly during our time at La Palma. He insisted that we send him our proof of payment and later said that we have to pay the balance into his personal account. I wasn't happy with that, we book online to avoid situations like this. The bathroom is a problem, when the shower is being used the entire floor is wet and there is a lot of water under the bathroom cabinet. It is stuffy, the cupboard is rotten underneath and someone can slip and get hurt there.
We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was very tidy upon our arrival and we were kindly welcomed by the owners.

We enjoyed staying in La Palma 3. The place is lovely furnished and neat. We were 3 adults and 1 small child and there was ample space for all of us. The security was good. Frikkie and Tiesa are lovely people. We would recommend this place. The only point of critique is that the blinds neat some cleaning. Same goes for the washing machine's rubber lining. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

Please note the following:Due to some incidents we are forced to ask for a key deposit of R500 that is 100% refundable within 1 week after departure. This amount needs to be paid into the account provided in information sheet which will be sent 2 days before arrival. We do not accept cash.
Only 2 hand towels are provided, guests are to please bring their own bathroom towels.
No cleaning services are available during your stay. If you need cleaning done or bedding changed we can arrange it at your own cost.
We clean and change bedding at the end of each booking.
A refundable key deposit of R500 is payable with your final payment. All damaged incurred will be deducted from this deposit.
A PDF file with all the rules and T&C's will be sent to your e-mail as soon as deposit is paid and booking is established. This will include the banking details for final payment.
