Had a great stay.
The location is good. The apartment is very dirty, as are the carpets in the room. The bathroom is old and dirty.
Mats messy dirty. Tiles are loose from the walls and can fall on you at any time.
I enjoyed the stay. Mossel Bay is a beautiful Town will definitely return.
Sea view was very nice, comfortable walking distance from the beach. Security was very helpful on arrival.
Just watch out for water on stairs. Woman fell and injured ankle and back. Reported to caretaker. He was not very sympathetic. Just said workers didn't show up. After the incident, warning signs were put up. No warning signs on stairs. So he does not inspect premises. He lives on premises.
The website should please removed this property from their list: The apartment was dirty. Bedding stained. Blinds broken. Some lights don't work. Tiles about to fall off the walls in shower and overhead stove. Power point on top of stove is loose and is a safety risk. Can opener and placemats dirty. Extra blankets in closet dirty. Cleaning equipment such as shovel and broom are missing. Suggest a good cleaning of blinds, sofas, carpets and between tiles and that bed linen be replaced before renting to any future person.

Apartment was neat and clean. Everything needed was there. Only problem was that we had to bring our own toilet paper and buy our own electricity. It was a big inconvenience.

Location and view are fantastic. Lynette dealt with all our queries promptly. Our teenagers could also easily move to and from the beach.
We enjoyed our stay tremendously. People were very friendly, the town is clean and the complex in mint condition. Our unit was clean and furniture in a good condition. We had everything that we needed, thank you!
The place was disappointing. Blinds in room were broken, people could see into room from porch. No curtain or blind in bathroom. Had a sea view, but windows were so dirty you couldn't see through. Light in braai room did not work.
