Slept very well, been very hospitable.
It is a very comfortable, large room with everything one needs. Even an ironing board, iron and hairdryer. The room is spacious with lots of natural light and large windows, but blackout blinds for a good night's rest. The outside door takes you to a beautiful charming garden. I will definitely go there again.
Our stay was for a hospital visit. The setup is nice that the room forms part of the house, but has an outside door that makes you totally independent. The room had everything to take care of ourselves. Very peaceful atmosphere and beautiful garden. Ansie was also a wonderful hostess.

The problem was there was no hot water in the bathroom taps. I had to end up bathing in the basin with the water that I boiled with the kettle.
I had a very nice stay, although the TV in the double room was not working. I also found that there was no full length mirror in the double room. A woman just looks for it.

We were treated as part of the family and it made us feel right at home. The room was clean and neat and was set for self-catering. The location was perfect for us as we were a few meters away from the Zuid-Afrikaans Hospital.
3 - 5 min from South African hospital. It was perfect for us who had to be at the hospital at 7 o'clock the next morning. Parking only a very narrow space, but safe. Just suggest for a mirror in the room with wall plug nearby for hair drying and makeup. A woman is always looking for a mirror in the room with a wall plug at hand.
Not a safe area to travel during the day and even more after 18:00. Not enough restaurants and take-away places where you can feel safe and at ease close by to visit.
Only slept there, everything clean and tidy and safe parking.
Will sleep over again when hubby is in hospital. It's on the hospital's doorstep.

All arrangements went smoothly and quickly. Guest house in quiet, safe area yet very well located for universities, Sunnyside, hospitals etc. Neat, clean, tasteful rooms, each offering excellent value for money in a different way. My first choice when in Pretoria.
