15 guests' feedbackClean and comfortable. Safe and parking if you have a car. I did contact the owner for a late checkout as my flight was late and he didn’t bother to reply - that was rude. The pool area isn’t very usable. So don’t expect that if you stay. No chairs to sit on, not very clean. Dogs are a pain as they jump up all the time. Cooker didn’t work so couldn’t cook. Door handles on 2 doors broken so couldn’t close the doors to rooms. Only one fan and it was very hot. Toilet leaking.
Just want to draw attention to the fact that the electricity gate's works must be explained very clearly to the guests. Jaco told us that we should open the gate with the remote and close it again for the sake of the dogs that are there. We were under the impression that the gate did not close by itself. There are no sensors that keep the gate open when there is something or someone in the gate. Our vehicle was standing in the gate to wait for a vehicle to pass in the road when the gate suddenly closed. The gate damaged the vehicle. We reported this to Jaco and he said that he did not want to install sensors there. We understand his reasons but would like him to just inform the guests that the gate does close by itself.
We were a family of 5 adults who went home in La Pietersia to be close to relatives in Pretoria. Jaco welcomed us warmly and helped us settle in. Communication with Jaco was easy and comfortable. It's excellent value for money. The accommodation is well furnished and spacious with enough space for all of us. There are solar panels and we are therefore protected from load shedding. We were a little scared of the dogs at first, but got used to them.
Stunning, clean and tidy place, with everything you need. We had a great time, place very spacious and modern. Definitely worth it. Will definitely use again when we are craving some city life.
