House rules

Guests are kindly requested to ensure the doors and windows of the guest house are closed and locked when leaving the premises. To maintain a peaceful environment for all, guests are reminded to be considerate of their neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 22:00.

Management also requests that guests conserve water and refrain from hanging laundry or any other items over the balcony railing.

Normal check-in time is 3 pm, with flexibility for earlier or later check-ins if arranged in advance. Check-out time is 10:00, but guests can request a later checkout, subject to availability.

The House has prepaid power, and we supply 100 units on arrival and thereafter it is for the guests' own account.

With lost keys or damage to locks, replacement costs for lost keys and lock replacement apply.

Guests are encouraged to use water sparingly, refrain from smoking inside the house, and avoid hosting parties without management's consent.

Respect for the garden, proper disposal of refuse, and adherence to internet usage, laundry, and guest room guidelines are appreciated.

Parking is available for guests, with precautions to avoid obstructing the electric garage door.

Flushing only with toilet paper is required, and charges may apply for blockages caused by other materials.

Guests are held liable for any damage or loss caused to the property and are expected to report accidents or incidents promptly. Lagoon Shack House cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events or conditions that may disrupt guest stays. To ensure a pleasant and harmonious environment, guests are requested to respect cleanliness, noise levels, and the property's eco-friendly practices, including conserving resources and segregating recyclable rubbish.
