The second bedroom has 2 single beds and opens up onto a balcony. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The first bathroom, located downstairs, is fitted with a shower. The second bathroom, also fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin, is located upstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a single oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The lounge features comfortable seating and a smart TV where you can log in using your own streaming platforms. There is a spacious patio with a Weber braai and lovely sea views. The apartment also includes a single lock-up garage and unallocated open parking.
The apartment is pet friendly on arrangement, please note 2 small dogs and there is no fence.
The complex offers direct beach access to a 2.5km promenade along the beachfront, perfect for walking or jogging. Additionally, it provides easy access to wonderful swimming and surfing beaches, with Clarke Bay right in front. The location is conveniently close to state-of-the-art shopping malls and the King Shaka Airport. Guests will discover a variety of fabulous restaurants in close proximity to their doorstep.

The communication to the tenants should be correct. Once asked, do not come and say it was sent or communicated wrongly. It's fine for wrong communications, but some mitigation needs to be provided. If none of them is fulfilled, then it is a very bad impression on you, which I am on.

This apartment is designated as non-smoking.The rates cover linen and towels, as well as a standard departure cleaning service.
Guests will receive a welcome starter pack containing essentials such as tea/coffee, bottled water, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, soap, moisturiser, a black bag and a dish sponge.
Daily cleaning services are available at an extra charge. On the 8th day of their stay, guests will enjoy a complimentary cleaning service along with fresh linen and towels. Any additional linen and towel changes will incur an extra fee.
Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
The prices quoted are for up to 6 guests.
