House rules

-Security: Please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when you're not on the premises.
-Noise Consideration: Enjoy your holiday, but kindly respect the quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM, considering our neighbors' peace and your fellow guests.
-Water Conservation: We ask that each guest limits water usage to help us maintain sustainable practices.
-Property Respect: Avoid draping anything over balcony railings, and please do not rearrange or remove furniture without management's approval.
-Water and Electricity: Use water sparingly and conserve electricity by turning off unnecessary devices. We provide 100 units of prepaid electricity upon arrival; additional usage can be purchased locally.
-No Smoking Inside: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
-Designated smoking areas are available outside.
-Smoking inside will result in professional cleaning services being engaged, with costs deducted from the security deposit.
-No Parties: Parties are not allowed without management consent, and noise should be kept to a minimum during quiet hours.
-Refunds: No refunds for early departures or appliance breakdowns outside of our control.
-Doors & Security: Keep the house secure by locking doors upon entry and exit.
-Internet: Free Wi-Fi is available; please contact Management for login details.
-Laundry: A washing machine is available on the premises for your convenience.
-Parking: Free on-site parking is available. Please be mindful not to block the garage door.
-Toilets: Only toilet paper should be flushed to avoid blockages.
-We're committed to protecting our planet. Help us by turning off lights when not in use, conserving water, and using towels judiciously.
-We sort recyclables from guest rooms, so we appreciate your cooperation in this effort.
-Damage or loss caused by guest negligence will be charged accordingly. We strive for all guests to respect the property and each other, maintaining cleanliness in common areas and adhering to house rules.
