20 guests' feedbackWe were welcomed by the friendliest manager ever. Our stay was unbelievably comfortable; the photos do not do justice. The place is clean, quiet, and you have everything you need. The cleaning staff are very friendly. Would definitely book here again.
Lovely, clean, tidy, hospitable. Can definitely recommend to anyone. Close to the sea, and could see and hear the sea from our bedroom and on the veranda. Dishwasher helped a lot to be able to rest.
It was really nice, very nice and clean. We will definitely go to Labori again.
The accommodation was cozy and well equipped. The stoep is a nice place to visit with a table for meals in the fresh air. Beach within walking distance.
Very nice stay. Apartment 1 has now been recently upgraded. Maintenance is done regularly on buildings, in gardens and communal braai facilities. Grills were cleaned daily. Good lighting throughout the garden and around the buildings - we felt safe the whole time. In the evenings we could walk to places to eat along the promenade walkway, or to shops - with security and lights outside Labori we always felt safe too. WiFi speed was fast and adequate for our use.
Labori apartments are modern and so clean. Located on the beach, it has its own private walkway to the beach promenade. Coffee, ice-cream, and other vendors, as well as restaurants, are also located within walking distance. This is a great location to be if you are visiting Ballito with kids due to all the safety measures put in place, such as the pool fence and gated access to the beach.
Enjoyed it very much. Very safe. Enjoyed the pool, while we were not allowed to swim in the sea because of Igoli.

Convenient and close to amenities.
Clean, comfortable, spacious and super neat accommodation at Labori. Upon arrival we were welcomed with kindness and the staff accompanied us to our apartment and explained how everything works. The unit had a lock-up garage and it was conveniently close to the front door of the apartment. The living area opens onto a covered patio with a table and chairs for 6 people - it's lovely to sit there in the evening. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was even a dishwasher. Blocks for the dishwasher were also provided. The units have partial sea views, but are barely 100m from the sea. What really impressed us was the overall cleanliness of the apartment and the premises. The only negative aspect is that the apartment we stayed in was located quite close to the busy street with the result that the street traffic was sometimes annoying, but otherwise our stay was far above expectations. The photos on the website definitely need to be updated as our apartment looked much nicer than the photos currently on the website. The apartment and furnishings have definitely been updated since the photos were taken and posted. We will definitely visit Labori again.
A safe and quiet apartment. Spacious rooms. Friendly welcome, neat and clean inside and out. A large balcony where we had a great time. Everything we needed was available. Close to the beach, walkway and restaurants. Will definitely visit there again!

Value for money. Near beach.
The apartment has a beautiful sea view. The beach is literally a stone's throw from there. The reception was very friendly and helpful. We were surprised and very lucky to have a lock up garage. The apartment is large and very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.
Labori is opposite a very nice beach and places to eat are very close. The apartment is spacious and clean and everything is very well maintained. If we were to holiday in that part of our country again, Labori would be at the top of our list of places to stay.
Frank, the owner, was very accommodating, friendly. The only thing was that the units were only serviced twice during our stay, which included mopping the floors and changing the towels. Other timeshare accommodation that we've stayed at during Covid have still provided a full service of the units.

The one photo on the website creates the idea that you can sit on the porch and see the sea, which is definitely not the case.
