17 guests' feedbackMy expectation was that the room would be in the part in the photo, but this is actually not the case. The service was very friendly and the room clean and comfortable, and in the summer the swimming pool will be a good asset.
Thoroughly enjoyed it at Ladismith Manor, Alex the host, was most hospitable and kind and was very knowledgeable of the area and the people. This helped us on our trip around the town and seeing the sites. The room was super comfortable and neat with an extravagantly clean and maintained bathroom. Perfectly situated. Very much enjoyed it.
The terrace and the hospitality of owner Alex did it all.
The reservation was for the blue room but when the consultant got there he was told there were other people in the room and they moved him to a small room at the back of the house that looked like a maid's room. There was no water pressure, so showering was almost impossible, and there was no hot water either. The room was tiny and looked like furniture from the last century.
Adequate. Nothing special. Enjoyed the host.
The owner was very hospitable and helpful. He knows the area and pointed out all the beautiful places to us.
Slept well, it's close to everything in town.
Was received by a very friendly owner. Rooms were very nice and clean. Owner went to bed after us, talked to his girlfriends for 3 hours and we could therefore hear everything they were talking about, it was disturbing the sleep.
We were pleasantly surprised, slept well TV, WiFi. Host very helpful with a problem with our motorcycle, als arranged for us. Great service value for money. Have a nice time.

I stayed for 2 nights. The host was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean. I will definitely be staying there again on my next business trip.
In this beautiful old house with its nice furniture, Alex made us feel like family. No effort was too much for him and we had a great time hanging out around the dining room with him and a friend. His recommendations around the tourism destinations were of great help. We slept wonderfully warm and comfortably.

The owners of the guesthouse were very friendly. The rooms and spacious and clean. The guesthouse is situated within walking distance of the CBD.
Would recommend Ladismith Manor to any family needing a getaway. The peaceful atmosphere is fantastic. Alex is the best host ever and so helpful. Alex makes you feel at home from the moment you enter Ladismith Manor until you leave. It was the most incredible vacation there. Will book it again for a holiday for sure.
Ladismith Manor is just what we needed after a long day on the road, with the pool on a hot day an added plus. Jovial Alex's hospitality was genuine, and he went out of his way as a host to attend to our every need. It's certainly a place we will visit again.
