3 guests' feedbackNo, we didn't have a good time. We waited 30 minutes in the car for someone to come and unlock it for us, after a time had been promptly arranged. The security of the place is pathetic. There was a party on our left and right of us until 5:30 in the morning, and nothing was done about it. We should have called security ourselves at 5 o'clock in the morning. The first night we had no hot water. They advertise an amount, and if you pay, it's just drastically more expensive.
We struggled with the check-in and check-out procedure of CTHA. If I book a place again I will make sure it is not one of their properties.
